Earth work in excavationfor structure in all depth as per drawings and techinical specification for rural roads August 2004 clause 305.1 including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of side and bottom and back filling in tranches with excaveted sutable material. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water polluction etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) all earth work in cutting/excavation including rocks excavation shall be carried out true to line grade , side slope, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Hauling and stacking of material usefull for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut material in specified daimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embackment shall be kept dry. All the surpluse excavated earth to be dumped at dumping site (dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost). Any loss to the public for private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibillity of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases including carriage of material in all leads and lifts a per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting in earth work in by mechanical in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required, setting of the required line, levels as shown on the drawings and directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site, according to the HP PWD specification of 1990 (one thousend nine hundred ninety) volume-I (One) and sorting out useful and unusefull material and transportation of the unusefull material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, mechineries, tools equipment and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones shingles aggregates and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of trsnsportation as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. . Any loss to the public and private property, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable material shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charge.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm indepth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm onplan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes (900 mm dia) with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced conrete abutment,wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia. PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(v) : 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinc coated, Mesh wire diameter 3.0 mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied @ 3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of rainforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel rainforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level TMT bars of grade Fe-500D or more. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
