SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - I (Repair of Boundary wall and Retaining wall)

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in Cement mortar complete.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer - in -charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation, filling at wall of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth incl leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with CM 1:6 Except Stone (Stone reuse obtained from Item no-01).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with CM 1:6.

M/L for cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in coping with necessary form work.

M/L for 1:3 raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry.

M/L for dry stone pitching 22.50 cm thick incl supply of stones and preparing surface completes

M/L for PCC 1:3:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for weep hole complete.

M/L for 75mm dia PVC pipe for weep hole complete.

M/L for PCC 1:3:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for drain work complete.

M/L for form wk for drain complete all as specified.

M/L for finishing over PCC drain with cement mortar 1:3 finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in cement mortar.

M/L for Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor - V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 complete

M&L for 15 mm cement plaster in CM1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix complete in external surfaces complete.

M/L for finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

M/L for finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint one or more coats and incl with removing dry old painted surfaces and the like by scraping, sand papering and preparing surface smooth incl necessary repairs to scratches etc complete wk.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - II (Repair of buildings)

M&L for White washing with lime to give an even shade Old work (two or more coats) complete

M&L for Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on old surface one or more coats on old work including removing dry or oil bound distemper and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete work.

M&L for finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint one or more coats and including with Removing dry old painted surfaces and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc, complete work.

M/L for painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coat on old surfaces.

M/L for One or more coats on old work French spirit Polishing including a coat of wood filler of best quality approved make complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - III (Repair of Sentry post and Guard room)

Demolishing cement concrete richer mix manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 m lead.

M/L for Cement concrete flooring with 1:2:4,up to 40 mm thick using to 20 mm size stone aggregate including finished with a floating coat of neat cement. Complete work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints, preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer on new surfaces complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

M/L for painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coat on old surfaces complete.

M/L for Renewing 4mm thick float glass panes with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out old putty complete.

Providing and laying in position 50mm thick cement concrete of specified grade for repair of plinth protection excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate nominal size).
