Taking down carefully old cassette type air conditioners of capacity 4.0 TR , making good the disturbed surface & wall and shifting to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of air cooled variable refrigerant volume modular type 4.0 TR Hot & Cold Inverter type CASSETTE air conditioner with inbuilt stabilizer each comprising Outdoor Unit : Energy efficient multiple scroll compressors, full charge of R-410a refrigerant gas and all accessories as per the specifications. All compressors shall be inverter type.The condensing units shall be suitable for operation on 415 ±10% volts, 50Hz, 3 phase AC power supply and complete with auto check function for connection error, auto address setting, etc. The outdoor units shall be low noise type and shall be coated with Anti Corrosive ACP gaurd paint. Capacity : 5 HP Indoor Unit : Variable refrigerant flow modular type CASSETTE air conditioner 4 Ton comprising EEV & all accessories as per the specifications.. The indoor units shall be suitable for operation on 220 ±6% volts, 50Hz, 1 phase AC power supply except floor standing units suitable for operation on 415 ±10% volts, 50Hz, 3 phase AC power supply. Make : Blue Star/LG/Toshiba. Note: The quoated rate shall excluding copper pipe with suitable insulation, PVC drain pipe, MS sheet metal stands. Also star rating should be as per E-in-C's branch policy during time of installation.

Disconnecting mains connection and taking out old sub main wiring aluminium/copper of size 4/6 sqmm from the concealed/surface conduit and making good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded, single core 1100V grade 4 x 6 sqmm complete drawn in and including medium grade rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit of 25 mm dia and its accessories along with 1x 6 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi sranded single core copper cable for continuous earth wire and duly connected to common earth dolly all as specified and directed (The specified runs of single core cables and specified runs of earth continuity conductors and the relevant conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length).

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 63 amp, breaking capacity not less than 36 KA , Icu=100% Ics thermal magnetic type adjustable type 80 to 100 % confirming to IEC-60947-II, IS-13947-II , including thimbles, nuts, bolts ,washers etc and connections, replacement of thimbles, minor parts like nuts bolts washer etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB encloser, Suitable for fixing of 4 pole MCCB, including reconnecting of thimbles, minor parts like nuts bolts washer etc. all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D 2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PU Coated Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cills plinth courses, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20m thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster including raking out joints hacking for scrubbing with water etc to receive new plaster, brick wall built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for.

M&L framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, welded or forged into spikes framed guard bars, barred doors & walk ways railings frame work of water tank and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde -E-165

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel and iron surfaces incl preparation of surfaces over 10 cm width of girth.complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing of set of insulated refrigerant Copper pipes incl suitable insulation brazing, welding, nut bolt and screws of required size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of PVC drain pipe complete with fittings, supports as per specification size 25mm diameter

Supply & fixing of set ofpowder coated MS sheet metal stands for mounting outdoor condensing unit
