Maintenance work

Providing and erecting two-legged pipe scaffolding using 40 mm diameter first-class M.S. pipes for all required heights at site, including supply of materials and assembling with vertical standards, horizontal ledgers, and cross bracings arranged at proper spacing to ensure structural stability and worker safety. All cross bracings shall be fixed using approved couplings such as standard couplers, right-angle couplers, EJP couplers, and all other necessary fittings to ensure rigidity. Suitable base plates shall be provided under each vertical member for firm anchorage and uniform load distribution. The work includes complete erection with proper alignment, plumb, and provision of safe working platforms wherever required, along with all charges for conveyance of materials, loading, unloading, and incidental labour. Upon completion of the departmental work, the scaffolding shall be dismantled safely, all materials removed from the site, and the area cleaned, strictly complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Clean removal of Cement plaster from walls and racking out joints 20mm deep etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One Cement and Five Fine sand), 20 mm thick on external surfaces of all floors in two coats in accordance with IS 1661:1972. The base coat shall be provided with 12mm thick and the top coat shall be provided with 8mm thick. The cost inclusive of cost of all material, Labours involved in all floors, mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50 kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Supplying and applying with one coat Putty over plastered wall surface of first class approved quality including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and Applying high build exterior waterproof coating for external wall, parapet & Chajja, which is single component, cold applied, Reactive Acrylate copolymer technology. Apply one base coat of universal elastomeric exterior waterproof coating @0.25L/m2 and 2nd coat with Acrylic emultion top coat which can be tinted to any colour @ 0.17L/m2, including 2 coats DFT will be min. 170 microns, The material having followed technical properties: Attains hairline crack bridging up to 2 mm as per EN 1062 part 7, Elongation of >100 % as per ASTMD 412; Tensile strength 2.50 Mpa per ASTM D 412, including priming the surface with 1 coat of Efflorescence resistant penetrating primer dilute with water in the ratio 2:1 spreading at the rate of 0.125 l/m2 in the SSD condition. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.
