DETAILS OF WORK/TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Repairs to the fuel pump and injectors of the machine by way of dismantling it and extracting of the worn out parts by complete overhauling of the pump that i.e. P/F of overhauling kit to the pump reassembling of the pump, setting of pressure nozzles on the machine and calibration of fuel injection pump. The job includes replacement of damaged worn out pipes along with the banjo bolts and washers Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.
Repair to the compressor side of the machine by dismantling it and then cleaning it with K. oil and waste cloth and then extraction of the worn out / damaged parts and p/f of new parts i.e. base element – 01 No., air filter primary – 01 No, air filter secondary -01 No., pump hose -01 No., gear wheel bush - 01 No, filter - 01 No., inner cartridge -01 No., in place of worn out parts. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.
Repairs to the jack hummer of the compressor by dismantling it completely, extraction of worn out/ damaged parts and cleaning with K. oil and waste clothes and providing fitting of new parts i.e piston - 01 No., side bolts - 02 Nos., rifle nut - 01 No., Chuck nut - 01 No., pawl plungers set - 01 set, Air tube - 01 No., seal washer - 01 No., spring washer - 01 No. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.
