ESTABLISHING, DEVELOPING, OPERATING AND MAINTAINING AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE AND UNIVERSITY (OR OFF-CAMPUS CENTER OF AN EXISTING UNIVERSITY) OF AN INTERNATIONAL STANDARD AT NAGPUR TO OFFER EDUCATION FROM NURSERY TILL MULTI-DISCIPLINARY HIGHER COURSES

A) In addition to the seats required to be reserved pursuant to Applicable Law, the Selected Bidder shall, during every academic year and in respect of each and every course offered from nursery till multi-disciplinary higher courses at the educational institute and university (or off-campus center of an existing university) in the respective academic year, reserve 25% (twenty five percent) of the total seats available in respect of each such course (“Nagpur Domicile Seats”) for students who are domiciled in Nagpur District (the “Domiciled Students”). B) The Lessee shall provide a concession of [●]% ([●] percent) on the fees for payable by the students referred to in clause A above, which concession shall not be less than 20% (twenty percent) (the “Threshold Value”) of the fees payable by other students in respect of the relevant course or programme of study. Note: - 1.The Bidder shall quote the value in the cell available for "Quoted rates in Figures" of this format and will be considered for Financial evaluation. Other related cells may show value as 0.00 are to be treated as abserd and are not for financial evaluation. 2.
