Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any descriptioin and in any position not other wise specifically provided complete.

M&L for brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM(1:4) including dismantling of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L for old size brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in water roughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete (reinforcement to be measured separately).

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and above as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete.

All as per the description of srl Item No 7 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for 15 mm thick ready mix plaster (Make:- Ultratech readiplast /Birla Aerocon RMP /ACC Suraksha RMP ) on brickwork or concrete surfaces of wall (external surface ) finished even and smooth including Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including cutting of trees, shrubs or any type of vegitation upto and including roots complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick ready mix plaster (Make:- Ultratech readiplast /Birla Aerocon RMP /ACC Suraksha RMP ) on brickwork or concrete surfaces of wall (external surface ) finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes ) each n. exc 0.5 cum in soft/loose soil, getting out, removing soil to a distance n. exc 50m, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for for mild steel angle iron posts and struts, MS flat iron fillet securing chain link fencing confirming to FE-290 E-165 as in fencing including cutting tops for required shape, drilling holes,bolting, notching for wire including all necessary drilling of similar work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only GI Chain link fencing with PVC coating 100 x 100mm mesh, 8 SWG wire fixed to angle iron ith flat iron, confirming to IS, type standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO convened by GE

S&F mixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars 10 to 12mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel pins etc.as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Restraining & resecuring existing barbed wire of any type including making good staples etc any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitting with washer and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc. 5cm long and dia of shank 8 to 10 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised concertina coil punched type 600mm dia, 10 m openable length (total length 90m) having 50 Nos round per 6 m lenght, dia of Core wire 2.5 mm(+/- 1mm) with tensile strength of 160Kg/Sqm, thickness of galvanised rozer blade 0.6 mm (+/- 0.5mm) of 30mm length, fixing/securing or tying in position over existing barbed bire and Y shaped angel iron un to 3.0 m ht of wall incl provn of MS wire stapples or steel pins etc, in dismantling of old concertina coil complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Y shaped angle iron and barbed wire shall be measure and paid seperately)

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for matt finish exteior wall tiles 8 to 10mm thick & not exc 0.18 sqm, colour & shade of tiles as approved by Engr-in-charge, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new plasterd or unplasterd surface and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved tint over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and as direcred.

Supply & fixing broken glass pieces of size 50 to 75 mm in CM 1:3 over wall up to 3.0m height complete all as specifed and as directed

S&F rolled mild steel as in doors or gate of angle of other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc coplete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incl either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting(exlusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel painted surfaces including preparation of surfaces of any description not otherwise descriped over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing of GRG Jali (Glass Fibre Reinforced Jali) 50mm thick of required size, pattern, design, and colour with 50% area covered to be fixed on/between RCC/Block work Column or structural steel work with Dry Fixing method. The Jali shall be securely fixed with stainless steel bolts and anchor fastners (304 grade) of required size at specified locations, the fixing shall be done by the specialized approved agency complete all as specified and directed.
