Demolition of cement concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removing of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete /sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in PCC path/ hard standing finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding, using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions laid to proper slope and gradient, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing admixture complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment finished with coloured rubber finish on top finished laid over sand dust cushion of 30mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 300 x 300 x 25mm thick, rubber finished, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete fixed over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, plinth courses including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 450x 6-7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or color cement to match including dismantling of tiles and removing from site fixed over rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jounted neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling of tiles and removing from site fixed over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers of cement mortar (1:6) for laying of floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.
