Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness layed bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc. and removing the debris outside MD land upto requisite distance of 15 km. Note : Old stone slabs cattered in sch of credit.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by hacking and by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. to receive tiles all as specfied and directed

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris outside MD land upto requisite distance of 15 km complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Pre polished Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 to recive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre polished Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:3. and jointed with with grey cement slurr mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete incl taking down old plaster and removing the debris outside MD land upto requisite distance

M & L PCC type 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains. mixed with WPC(water proofing compound) as per manufacturer's instructions including demolition of cement concrete (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floors (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15cm thickness and removing the debris outside MD land upto requisite lead all as specified and directed

Supply only intergal water proofing compound. (ISI marked).

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 CM inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc,

M&L for providing leakage/seepage proof coating on the wall surface of drain by applying primeseal primer of Dr fixit or equivalent of M/s STP Ltd under torch dry condiiton and subsequently applying two coats of water proof decorative elastomeric coating Note The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor frpom authorised applicator of the manufacturer and also necessary documents in support of the above shall be submitted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.
