Material and labour for Cast iron bends (any type radius and angle) taper any type (Straight) bend increasing decreasing or double socket etc Tee peces, single branch 'Y' junction double branch, coller, Kg capacity and plugs for 80 mm bore to 150 mm bore CI pipe conforming to IS-1538-1976 for takeover point and all the other distribution points where supply has to be provided complete all as specified and by Engr-In-Charge.

supply and fixing for Stainless steel ball valve hand lever operated flanged end suitable for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and by Engr-In-Charge.

Surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing and laying Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey colour and no pigment compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand , finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Material and labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Material and labour for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete complete all as specified and by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for for reinforced cement concrete nominal Mix Type B-1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregateas) as in foundation ,including raft footing, foundations beams, plinth beams, bases for columns ,etc complete all as specified and by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etccomplete all as specified and by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT Bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and by Engr-In-Charge.
