Taking down/ Dismantling of solar panel board , Silicon seal, Gasket , Electric back up coil water tanks , capillaries and piping system for repair / replacement for damaged / U/S Parts of water heater system . Re fixing / reassembling the same after repair/ replacement the defective components of capacity of 100 LPD / 200 LPD complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The rates of material / spares is not included in this item rate. Spares will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing the following parts/ components of 100 / 200 LPD Solar water heaters complete all as specified and directed.

Electric back up coil with thermostat 2 Kw to 3 Kw

Pruning of tree branches not less than 1.5 mtr around the LT/HT Over head line which obstructing the maintenance of electric supply as well as illumination in area including repair of damage broken ACSR conductor GI wire and jumpers, testing of line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE:- Each span shall not be less than 30 mtr length.

Installation cleaning, bushes and grass cutting including removing cutting materials complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Scraping the existing old surface of HT/ LT Poles and painting with one coat of primer and two coats of silver paint and marking of poles with 30 cms black and 30 cms white upto 1 meter height of pole on LT and marking of HT poles with Red and white paint , and marking of poles with standard size( 15 cms x7.5 cms ) of letters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Scraping the existing old poles Nos and marking of poles with standard size( 15 cms x 7.5 cms ) of letters including with 30 cms black and 30 cms white paint of pole for LT, and marking of HT poles with Red and white paint upto 1 meter height, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable MCCB, 415 volt, fixed type, 36KA, 4 pole, capacity 400 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for spreading 40mm size stone aggregate spread and leveled in Sub Station around two pole/four pole structure all as directed.

S&F for bamboo ladder size 80 mm dia, 9m length, minimum strength 150 kg/step complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for foam filling for firefighting extinguisher, 9.0 Ltrs type ABC, installed at different installations including painting with standard color of fire fighting code complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe bracket 32mm light grade bend type minimum 1.5 mtr length suitable for LT pole street light including MS clamp with nut bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS nut bolts and washers any kind any description as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of ACSR conductor Rabbit for OH line complete all as specified and directed.

Re-stretching of LT/HT OH line ACSR conductor of any size upto suitable sag point including GI wire of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Pin insulator for LT OH line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of shackle insulator for LT OH line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for UG cable XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cables with Stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, passing through trenches/ducts/pipes and climbing on poles/walls including fixing with proper size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed of the followings. NOTE:- 1. Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated rock/hard dense soil etc. n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, manholes, pier holes etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 meter in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm each layers complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material & surplus spoil n. exc 50 m to a distance and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spreading M-sand cushioning to underground cable in layers of 23 cm (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15cm deep over the cable) after laying the cable in trenches including punning thickness up to 18 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Only punned thickness will be considered for payment.

Supply and laying Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pipe galvanized, light grade with all fittings fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed of size 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in couping of poles etc. including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement and necessary form work all as specified and directed

Supply, fixing and testing high performance LED Street Light fittings luminaries of 70 Watts, Built-in-Surge Protection Device including bracket hook type and 3.0 m long 40 mm dia med grade GI pipe with MS clamp and nut bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level earth plate connected with GI earthing strip (25X4mm) as earthing lead for transformer/feeder pillar box etc. by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washers of galvanized iron all as shown in Electrical plate No.3 of MES Sch part I and testing on completion. Necessary excavation and earth work, adequate common slat, charcoal dust and funnel PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 pit with pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bars, MS bar 3 Nos both ways funnel with 20,mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe , earthing lead from earth plate to equipment earth point complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Hot press PVC molded (Fire Proof) junction box of size 180 mm x 100 mm x 60 mm, complete with four No. aluminium bus bar of size 100 mm x 30 mm x 05 mm for phase and neutral, mounted on insulators, front opening door, locking arrangement and fixing with suitable size clamp and nut and bolt on pole, Including connection of incomer and out going cable by Galvanizes nut bolt and washer of suitable size and proper lugs, making hole in bus bar . .

Repair & Maint of 15 KVA solar system complete by aligning and cleaning solar PV panels, filling the batteries with electrolyte of required specific gravity and distilled water, replacing the worn out battery terminals and applying petroleum jelly, replacing the worn out / burnt wiring, repairing the control panel and switch gears etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
