Material and labour for servicing of flame proof EOT Crane capacity 3 ton of Make : TIB UDHYOG for (WSA-III) by the following method as follows : (a) Replacement of gear oil in gear boxes . (b) Grease the whole crane (c) Before filling the gear boxes clean the gear box inside and outside by using diesel (d) Checking the wheel condition (e) If thruster breaks are used check the level of oil in it and if required to be refilled, refill the same (f) Check the working of the break if required to change then change the same (g) Checking the connection of motors (h) Checking the condition of motor if required if required to rewind, then rewind the same (j) Checking the condition of couplings if required to be change then change the same (k) Check the nuts & bolts fitted on the crane, if required to be change then change the same (l) Check the condition of the power cables fitted on the crane, if required to be change then change the same. (m) Check the break shoe fitted on the break of the crane, if required then change the same (n) Check the limit switch fitted on the crane , if required then replace the same . (o) Check the step down transformer, single phase preventer, terminal block, MCB, HRC and DBR, if required to be change then change the same. (p) If VED installed, check the same and if required then replace the same (q) Check the pendant, if element and push button required to be change then replace the same . Note : (i) All unserviceable spare parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch A. (ii) Cost of Grease & Oil shall be deemed included in unit quoted rate. (iii) Servicing of crane shall be carried out through OEM only . Contractor shall have to submit the MoU with the concerned OEM for maintenance of crane before the issue of work order . (iv) After servicing, OEM has to submit the serviceability certificate and warranty for the replaced items for one year from the date of servicing .

All as per description of item No. 1.0 above here in before but HOT/EOT Crane, 3 TON Capacity ,for WSA-II ,Make : TIB UDHYOG

Load testing of flame proof EOT Crane 3 TON for WSA-III , Make TIB UDHYOG comprising two number tests for each crane i.e. Capacity test and Brake Test as per IS : 3177 of 197 by putting the requisite load, writing date of test and next due date for testing on the crane with white synthetic enamel paint over a black strip of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed. Note:- (i)Material and labour for Load testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own and the rate of this item include the cost thereof. (ii) Testing of particular crane shall be scheduled by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Load testing and caliberation of EOT crane carried out in the presence of competent person under factories act 1963 and rep of OEM and after completion of load testing contractor will produced the Form 11 duly signed by competent person under factories Act 1963.

Comprehensive Maintenance of Boom barrier / spike barrier / Road arrester barrier located at Main gate and Tech gate separately including greasing, oiling, cleaning and repair / replacement of defective worn out spare parts, components complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity:- Note:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only' and shall be replaced only after obtaining the permission from Air Force Authority. (ii) Maintenance of Boom barrier / spike barrier / Road arrester barrier shall be carried out every monthly Tenderer is hereby advised to keep this aspect in mind while quoting his rate.

Supply only following Spares / Components for existing flame proof EOT crane 3 TON capacity complete all as specified and directed:-

Gear oil ( ISI Marked ) of 80W-90 grade for filling in the gear boxes upto specified level under the relevent item of the schedule all as directed .

Hydraulic oil (ISI Marked ) of approved grade for filling in the electrohydraulic thruster upto specified level .

Flame proof copper cable of size 6 Sqmm 3 core in steel condiut of size 20mm . Three runs of copper wire and one run of steel condiut shall be considered as one unit for measurement purpose .

Material and labour for repair the Flame proof electro hydraulic thruster & brake of capacity 3 ton with gear holding brakes of Hoist/creep/ cross travel and long travel , rewinding the burnt out winding of electrohydraulic thruster motor with super enamel copper wire of existing gauge and varnishing , heating and testing etc complete repairing of oil pump by replacing worn out parts , oil seal , 'O' ring and bush and bearing -02 No , check nuts , lock pin all as required including draining out old unserviceable oil complete all as specified and as directed . Note : (i) Repair of thruster shall be carried out through authorised service agency of original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) . The contractor shall submit documentary proof/evidence in this regard before taking thruster under repair (ii) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be used /recommended by OEM . (iii) The test certificate of manufacturer shall be submitted by the contractor.

Supply and fixing in repair flame proof three phase lever type limit switch as per site, suitable for 3 ton capacity EOT crane for main hoist / long travel / Cross travel of make as used / recommended by OEM, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised steel wire rope conforming to IS-2266-2002 of nominal diameter of 9mm having 6 x 19M (12/6-1) multi stranded construction steel core CRW grade 1570, having mass 30.8 Kg/100 RM with minimum breaking force of 42 KN suitable for lifting load of 3 ton including greasing complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable steel rope . Make : Usha/Bombay foot/National or as used/recommended by OEM . Note : (i) The steel rope shall be best performed plough straight non rotating type conforming to IS-2266. (ii) The breaking strength of the rope shall not be less than 6 times the safe working load thereon . (iii) The test certificate of manufacturer shall be submitted by the contractor.

Comprehensive maintenance and servicing of passenger elevator of capacity 08 passenger, KONE Make speed limit 1.50 metre / sec, equipped with microprocessor based AC variable voltage & variable frequency controller (VVFD), AC motor governor, ropes driving sheave, travelling cable, microprocessor card, rectifier card controller AC drive, door drive, indication card, single phase preventer, SMPS luminous card and hall button, car and landing door shoe car guide shoe landing, CWT guid shoe landing, transformer, motor bush, hooter, FP card door hanger roller and door censor for its smooth and efficient functioning complete and all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through rep of OEM i.e M/S KONE as and when directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by quarterly and systematically examining, adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the Lift. (iii) The comprehensive maintenance include checking and ensuring the serviceability of Machine, motors, ropes, inverter / ARD system, control parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock break shoes, liners, contractors, relays, push buttons, door operated VVFD, main VVFD, car door, safety device limits switch, governor, indicator etc. (iv) Unit rate of this item shall also include the calibration of lift. Check list duly signed shall be submitted by Rep of OEM. (v) The unit rate shall be deemed to include for replacement of minor spares requires for smooth functioning of elevator. (vi) Servicing of Lift shall be carry out through OEM only . Contractor shall have to submit the MOU with the concerned OEM for maintenance of lift before the issue of work order .

Supply and laying as in repairs PVC insulated cable with Copper Conductor of size 2.5 Sqm, 4 Core 1100 volts grade heavy duty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs AC Drive / variable frequency drive (VFD) / frequency convertor device system for suitable capcity of 4 KW three phase supply system with required input 3 x AC 380-480 Volt, 50 / 60 Hz and out put 3 x AC 0-480 Volt, frequency 0-400 Hz with having setting controling devices system and/or all as per existing sample / rating / model for operating/ controling of slow / high speed for all motion and other controling system etc for smooth functional of over head electric travelling crane of capacity 3 Ton and including necessary adjustment and making controlling cable connection of system and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item No. 20.00 here in before but 3 HP motor of motorised door complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down flame proof gear assembly connected with induction motor from crane capacity 3 TON, servicing, greasing of motors etc complete and dismantling gear box assembly, taking out gear and other worn out parts, replacement of worn out parts replacement of gear oil, over-hauling, replacement of oil seal including lathe work as required at site, re-assembling and re-fixing the same and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cost of Grease & Oil shall be deemed included in unit quoted rate. (ii) Spares shall be measured and paid separately as 'Suppy only'. (iii) The flame proof gear assemblies catered for in this item are fixed at different locations and the servicing and replacement of parts thereof shall be carried out after getting the permission of air force authorities. Tenderer shall keep this aspect while quoting the rates.

Material and labour for disconnecting electric connections of 3 phase motor 5 HP capcity, 415 Volts AC supply of EOT crane, taking out from the crane, dismantling / opening of motor, cutting and taking out burnt winding wire, cleaning of slots by removing dust etc. and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and class of insulations as per original manufacturers design including varnishing replacing insulation papers insulated sleeves etc. complete reassembling and reinstalling and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rapair to motorised gate/rolling shutter by dismantling and taking out the old unserviceable components, unserviceable control wiring, minor parts etc. and dismantling / opening of motor, cutting and taking out burnt winding wire, cleaning of slots by removing dust, greasing etc. and re-assembling and re-fixing the same and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cost of Grease & Oil shall be deemed included in unit quoted rate. (ii) Spares shall be measured and paid separately as 'Suppy only'. However, cost of T&P required for repair shall be included in unit quoted rate . (iii) The Motorised gate / rolling shutter are fixed at different locations and the servicing and replacement of parts thereof shall be carried out after getting the permission of air force authorities. Tenderer shall keep this aspect while quoting the rates.

Material and labour for cleaning and preparation of steel surfaces of existing dull painting of flame proof EOT crane indoor/ outdoor type with complete assemblies etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Heat/fire resistant type) according to IS colour code by spray machine including writing MES/SM No in capital letters of suitable size on body for capacity 3.0 ton complete all as specified and directed . Note :- (i) Cost of paint shall be deemed included in unit quoted rate. (ii) Flame proof EOT craner are fixed at different locations and painting thereof shall be carried out after getting the permission of air force authorities. Tenderer shall keep this aspect while quoting the rates.
