Conducting check survey, fixing of location and pit marking for tower foundation as per the approved profile cost of survey equipment tools & plants including cost of all T & Ps, transport, labour, lead lift etc complete as directed by engineer.

Earthwork excavation in hard stiff clay, black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil inlcuding all cost of lead lift etc complete.

Supply & Transporting and fixing of stub and cleat with supply of template and assembling at site and shifting the template from loc to loc including cost of template labour, fabrication charges etc complete. KCO tower

Transporting, paying out, sagging of the OPGW -48 fiber cable with all accessories in the tower to the required clerance, clipping and jointing by the using necessary clamp tools and fixing of all hard wares etc & Erection.Termination, testing and Commissionong of 48 Core OPGW Cable with accessories including cost of all labour charges transport etc complete.

PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm metal for muffing coping concrete with form work including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift,etc complete.

Plastering with CM 1:3,12 mm thick for muffing coping concrete including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete.

Providing welding of all bolts and nuts in the erected towers from ground level to the cross arm bottom level 1 cm each side at two places opposite to each other after tightening and punching of bolt & nuts including painting the welded portion of bolt and nuts two coats of best quality of cold galvanised paint having atleast 90% zinc content and approved by the Engineer at site including cost of welding rod, hire charges of diesal generator and welding transformer, paint and all T & P including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift etc complete.

Painting with two coats of using best quality anticorrosive paint over tower leg at a height of 1.00m above coping including cost of all materials, labour, lead lift etc complete in all respects.

Labour charges for fixing of Number Plate, Danger Board, Phase plate set of three in tower as directed by the engineer at site including all cost of labour transport, lead, lift, etc complete.

Supply, fabrication and fixing of name board with 18 gauge plate with one coat red oxide and two coat enamel paint for back ground lettering with enamel of approved colour fixing in tower as directed all materials labour,lead, lift, etc, complete for name board size approved by the engineer incharges of works.

Providing earthing arrangements for terminal tower including necessary excavation for fixing 3m long 50mm dia GI "B" class pipe,as per standard specfication and as directed by the engineer incharge including lowering of earth wire from earth peak to bottom of the tower leg and connecting to the earth pipe by providing 150 mm dia meter bore for a depth of 3.6 m and placing of 50 mm dia GI pipe filling with charcoal and salt in the annular space and providing RCC ring 60cm dia with 5cm shell thick of RCC collar and ub including all cost of materials lead lift etc complete.

Relasing & lowering and restringing of existing 3 wire panther conductor including cost of all materials, T&Ps lead, lift, etc., complete. (under LC )

Releasing and lowering& re stringing of existing of the OPGW-48 fiber cable with all accessories in the tower to the required clerance, clipping and jointing by the using necessary clamp tools and fixing of all hard wares etc including cost of all labour charges transport etc complete. (under LC )

Releasing & Lowering & rehoisting of Suspension insulators (7 units of 90 KN insulator) with fitting including cost of all major & minor T & P with all lead, lift etc complete. (Under LC)

Supplying and placing of Pre cast RCC well rings having inner dia 2.40M, thickness 75mm and 0.30m depth including cost of all materials, transport and placing with JCB, curing placing in correct position, lead, lift, etc., Sinking well below water level including all incidental charges using special tools and plants such as air compressor, helmet etc., complete and including bailing out water complete.
