The work of ERECTION OF 250 KVA SUB-STATION, PLINTH & INSTALLATION OF METERING SYSTEM for giving C/P connection to M/s. APCO INFRATECH PVT. LTD., SITE VILLAGE GHURI (BISANDA) fed from 33/11 KV Sub-Station, BISANDA under FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME Year 2020-21 at EDSD, ATARRA (BANDA) as per passed package no. 13/BR/DEP./2020-21 under EDD, BANDA/ATARRA, including safe carriage of all required material from E.S.C., BANDA to work site and also cartage of old/damaged scraped line material from work site to E.S.C., BANDA, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends, details of the work as given below :-

Erection & grouting of single support on 11 Mtr. long ST Poles, including complete HT/LT fittings as per RESSPO manual & direction of engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each) of best quality material.

Erection & grouting of double pole structure on 11 Mtr. long ST Poles, including complete HT/LT fittings as per RESSPO manual & direction of engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each) of best quality material.

Erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozelling etc. as per RESSPO manual and also including the cost of all grouting material.

Erection & Fixing of earthing rod complete as per RESSPO manual.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering of new ACSR Dog Conductor on the erected poles in 11 KV HT/LT lines as per RESSPO manual & direction of engineer incharge.

Laying, stringing, binding and termination of XLPE Cable size 3x70 mm.sq. on the erected poles in LT lines as per RESSPO manual & direction of engineer incharge.

Erection & fixing of 11 KV TPMO with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Construction of new 250 KVA Transformer plinth of size 3460x4460x550 mm above ground level and one ft. below the ground level of 9”. After excavation of 4” earth, brick ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly. After that a retaining wall of 9” width by first class brick in ratio 1:5 of cement and sand shall be made. The earth shall be filled up to one ft. below the top of the plinth. After this brick ballast shall be provided up to 6” from the earth level and proper rammering shall be done. One No. Jail of 12 mm MS tore shall be fixed in the hollow of plinth and one ft. thick RCC in ratio of cement, sand and stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the plinth. The 12 mm thick plastering shall be done all around the plinth in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand. The contractor shall be responsible to complete the work as per direction of Supervising Engineer.

Installation of 250 KVA Transformers on the newly erected D/P structure/Plinth in proper alignment as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Erection & fixing of Top Channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Erection & fixing of Dropper Channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Erection & Fixing of MS Base Angle with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Erection & fixing of T-Off Channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Erection, fixing & transportation of CT/PT combined unit with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Erection, fixing & transportation of 11 KV Pilfer proof metering cubicle with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Erection, fixing & transportation of 3 Ph-4 Wire static 11 KV TVM with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Erection, filling, fixing & transportation of I/D & O/D Cable jointing kit of size 3x70 Sq.mm. with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.
