Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided.

S & F in Repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel pins etc.as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Restraining & resecuring existing barbed wire of any type incl making good staples etc any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

Mild steel angle iron posts and struts, MS flat iron fillet securing chain link fencing confirming to FE-290 E-165 as in fencing including cutting tops for required shape, drilling holes,bolting, notching for wire including all necessary drilling of similar work, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone, brick masonry built in cement mortar incl quoins, arches, etc but exceeding ashlar facing dressed stone Work etc.

Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM(1:4) incl Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces and finished surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 fair finishing to top surface as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Mild Steel Galvanised Chain link fencing including wires, mesh of size 50x50mm, weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS, type standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing onlyMild Steel Galvanised chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitting with washer and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc. 5cm long and dia of shank 8 to 10 mm etc.

M&L, preparation of new surface, priming with red oxide / zinc chromate and two coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) painting to steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described.

Preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white/Colour wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for Matt finish Exteior wall tiles 8 to 10mm thick & not exc 0.18 sqm , colour & shade of tiles as approved by Engr-in-charge,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing old decorated/plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls by scrapping the surfaces and steel wire brushing down smoke soot,mould,mass and efflorescence salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of Acrylic exterior emulsin paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal existing surfaces of Old plasterd and applying two coats of White/Colour wash complete all as specified and as direcred.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid and bedded in any morter.

M&L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 20mm thick with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl 12mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 as backing coat for receiving of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain /reinforeced cement concrete for any thickness in any position and of any discription complete all as specified and as diredted

Providing, cement concrete Type B1,1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 40 mm thick stone aggregate as in plinth protection 75 mm thick incl finished even & smooth complete all as specified.

S & F rolled mild steel as in doors or gate of angle of other section with gusset plates,rails, braces, etc coplete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incl either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting(exlusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subase of floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filing under floors or in foundations including watering and consoldation.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of colour Red/Yellow glossy type any shape and size, as approved by Engr-in-Charge confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade
