Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc. using mild steel sheets of size 1200cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals. MS Channel Section (ISMC 100) shall be provided as a vertical support @1.20m C/C and with Lateral support of Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) & steel pipes of 20mm dia @ required level/spacing etc. complete complying with standard specifcation and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kglms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Laying of screed concrete using Cement concrete mix 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using HBGS 6-10mm ISS metal for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the top of roof with solar reflective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with epoxy grout and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing and Applying Polyurethane hybrid liquid applied GRIHA certified Waterproofing coating with flutyne protection technology, single component, cold applied, water based acrylic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Existing Roof having Tile or any non-porous surface applied @ 1.5 l/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having tensile strength with 45 gsm glass fibre mesh 4N/mm2 confirming to ASTM D 412; Elongation at break ≥ 300% and Crack bridging ability up to 3mm, SRI Index 106 as per ASTM E 1980- 01, Water permeability @5 bar – Nil as per EN12390 - 8:2019, including surface preparation, priming the surface with single component high-performance waterborne tile primer which is suitable for non - porous surface at a rate of 0.14 L/m2 and spreading 45 gsm glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm sandwiched between the first and second coat completely as per specification. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.

Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand)20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cementmixed same colour pigments etc., complete complyinE withstandard specification. (The make and brand ofthe tiles should beJohnson / Kajaria / Somany / Nitco / RAK which has to be gotapproved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with Self design Joint free rectified Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (Onecement and Tree sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floorincluding cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in positionand and pointing with whitecement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 kg. / sq.m.etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The makeand brand of the tiles should be Johnson / Kajaria / Somany / Nitco/ RAK or Equivalent which has to be got approved by executiveEngineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with colour design glazed tiles of size 300mm x 600mm x10mm best approved quality, colour glazed tiles set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of GYP Board false ceiling using 12.5 mm thick of approved quality and design suspended from the ceiling using "U" shaped Galvanised iron channels at 1.20 M centre to centre on both longitudinal and cross direction for vertical support and fixing "U" shaped G.I channels at 0.90 m centre to centre on longitudinal direction respectively for horizontal support by using T.W reapers at corners and at intermediately and fixing of plaster of paries on the panel provided as per design / patttern given by the site officer and finishing the ceiling surface with some plaster of paries materials etc. Necessary openings should be made for providing spotlights, florescent tubes in the ceiling by using plywood 12 mm thick and opening should be covered with Acrylic panel complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete. All the materials should be got approved before use on work by the Executive Engineer.The rate is including two coats of plastic emulsion painting over the wall coat primer etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle.
