Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles / terrazo including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removal servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick spread levelled and compacted with mechanical earth compactor including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in soft/ loose soil for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, manholes, etc., not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured designer tiles exterior grade ( Endura or equivalent make as approved by GE) 12 mm thick laid over and including 15 mm thick cement mortor 1:6 set and jointed in floor and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at alevel not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, etc.., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-25 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides & soffits of foundation & plinth beams; and similar work; verticle or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' old size bricks, straright or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM(1:6) including demolition of brick work with all qoins, arches, pillars, etc., built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.14 as above but except brick. Note:- Serviceable bricks obtained from demolition shall be re-used in this item

M&L for precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 35 mm thick, Type B-0 (1:2:4) (using12.5mm graded stone aggregates) set in cement mortar (1:4), (measured solid), including all mouldings including dismantling of existing jallies of any description complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia & over upto & including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, brought up to course well bounded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM(1:4) including demolition of rubbled stone masonry including all qoins, arches, pillars, etc., built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angle with and including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18mm to 20mm thick Granite Slab of any shade ( table rubbed and polished ) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking plateforms, wall and like in cement mortor 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using pigment to match shade of the slabs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding/ chamferring to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps , cooking plateform and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on random rubble stone masonry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in benching of drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds, mitered /stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part there of over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:1.5:3, type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in drain cover with plain fair faces including chambers, wathering, throating etc and setting in CM (1:4) including demolition of RCC in precast cover slab any thicknes (reinforced) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of to receive interlocking tiles/Endura tiles complete all as specified and directed.
