Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc including disposal of demolished material n.exc 1.5 km complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground) complete all as specified.

Dismantling chain link fencing / fencing wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, (posts embedded in concrete or in hard core) complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each in hard & dense soil n.exc 0.50 cu m getting out, returning, filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus spoil at a distance not exc 50 metre and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base, filling mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No 7 herein before but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks)

Supply and Fixing mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work such as door, gate etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other sections with gusset plates complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with including hooks and hinges (excluding of covering steel sheeting) fastening, locking arrangement, etc conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal exc 5cm and n.exc 10cm long, diameter of shank 11-15mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

(ii) Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be derived as per site through a BOO appointed by GE in presence of Contractor's authorised rep and shall be kept in record.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (any colour), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint (any colour), over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including the use of forms or moulds with plain faces complete all as specified and directed. (Cement concrete item shall be reinforced, where ordered. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing 80mm thick, factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade, in grey cement and joints filled with sand fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 60mm thick, factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade, in grey cement and joints filled with sand fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 40mm thick, factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade, in grey cement and joints filled with sand fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, factory made chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. at the places out side the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for factory made kerb stones (M-20 concrete) of size 300mm x 100mm x 300mm, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary excavation and earth work, including taking out existing stone complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 35mm thick RCC Jallies in (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in posts of size 100mm x 100mm x 750mm between RCC jalli, fixed on boundary wall including cutting holes into the brick wall and embedding the post in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 and making good the distrubed surface in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated concrete or platered surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new decorated concrete or plastered surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing to brick wall in cement and mortar (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 15-18mm thick granite slab (of any type & shade as approved), as on cooking platform, counter slab, steps, jambs, pillars etc (length and width as ordered by GE in one piece) best quality machine cut and jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including rubbing and polishing to granite finish, rounded edges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rounding of / moulding to edges of stone of any description including rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, all as specified.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hard standing , finished even and smooth, without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Plinth protection , finished even and smooth, without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast plain cement concrete solid blocks (M-20 concrete) of size 300mm x 300mm x 50mm, laid flat, width 300mm set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for polymer based instant road reapir (Patchmate), for repair to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust or mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc cutting around edges atleast 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.
