Dismantling and taking down of unserviceable street light fittings of any watt and any make and removing of dismantled material from work site complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully defective street light fitting of any watt & size and re-fixing the same in the original position after repair and replacement of unserviceable components complete all as specified and as directed. (Note- Spare parts / components shalll be measured and paid separately vide item No 5 & 6 here in after).

S&F in repair bracket for street light fittings, 1.00metre long made to shape as required with 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe with and including MS clamp and paint with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs electronic driver suitable for LED fitting of 45 to 120 watt complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25 mm GI Pipe medium grade (junction or terminal) with fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles pipe bools etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Pipe 50 mm dia Medium grade (junction or terminal) with fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles pipe bools and fixing with above the wall / below ground etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of polycaronete cable junction box of size 300X200X105mm with complete three phase terminal with connecting clamps,nuts,screws etc. complete with fixing arrangement.

S&F in repair 50 watt Jeta Neo Energy saving,environmentlal friendly,long life,LED flood light luminaire with IP-66 degree of protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing decorative globe light fitting suitable for normal type LED Bulb of specified colour including 9 watt LED for fixing with GI pipe of 40 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exeeding 1.50m in depth for foundations, trenches of cable or pipe lines etc or and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm after. (Note :- Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid) .

Supply and laying well burnt sub class B bricks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of unserviciable old UG Cable of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches / duct / on pole including all necessary fizing arrangement such as lugs, glands end termination etc of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100 amps automatic street light switch using infrared sensor NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street light based on LUX level of Natural light. Sensor alongwith suitable power contractors and incoming - outgoing MCB should be enclosed and supported terminal should be enclosed in pole/wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof , electric shock proof, terminal proof and FR grade special moulding compound conforming to IP 66 protection class 2 enclosure made of thermoplastic polycarbonate and protected against weather influences and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old painted surface of 9.00 m long steel tubular swaged electric pole with and including connected components like bracket and pipes and applying two coat of aluminium paint including writing of pole No on the pole with black paint and fixing retro-reflectore strip of 3M of specified colour and 50mm width complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing decorative recess mounted square downlighter with al. extrusionsqure ring & MS powder coated white housing and separate replaceable electronic driver (7 w LED 4000K) Ceiling Cutout 122 x 122 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair New generation, decorative post top lantern 35/40 Watt incl making arrangement to fix with existing pipe / fix new pipe of suitable dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge , incl 1 x 35/40 watt LED lamp.

M&L for raising height of LT Panel upto 3' using with angle iron / flat iron frame work , porcelain insulator , Bricks works as required , PCC works as required to complete the job as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
