SCHEDULE 'A' PART I (B/R WORKS)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for unreinforced complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches,pillers etc but excluding ashlar facings,dressed stone work and precast concrete articles in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in band, plinth course, kerb, water trough and the like including weathering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair face of stone masonry surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel sections as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including secruing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining wall any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts includinh necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for for dressed laterite stone masnory, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering in CM 1:6 ,10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint wall over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of new surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old treated wall surfaces by washing, rubbing, brooming down or steel wire brushing or scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salts, and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or grith not otherwise specified and applying one coat of syntheic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or grith not otherwise specified and applying one coat of syntheic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings,framed guard bars, ladders etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work confirming to Fe 290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hard core with granite broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread, and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for compacted thickness of clean dry river sand cushioning to paver blocks/under floor or foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.25 above but except tile complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of stone surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of old unplastered stone surfaces of walls, including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down moss and efflorescent salt complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft/disintegrated rock, each hole not exceeding 0.50 cubic metre,getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in retaining wall any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts includinh necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel plate(plain or chequerred), channel square cut or notched(ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachments 6mm thick chequerred conforming to Fe 410W grade E-250 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating profile sheet of 0.50mm thickness having tensile strength of 550 Mpa with coating thickness fixed with GI self taping screws as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridges, valley gutters fixed to frame work all as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces on wall and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate and fixing stainless steel tubing 40mm bore 304 grade for railing work including necessary welding and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate and fixing stainless steel tubing 60mm bore 304 grade for railing work including necessary welding and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x200x7mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not excceding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in cement mortar and pointed in white of coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of foundation footing, for rough finished surfaces, flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Mild steel work such as joist, channel, angle or tee section fixing independently without connecting plates, cut to ordinary length ie, within 20mm of the length indicated conforming to Grade E-250, Fe 410 W quality B all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming jambs, etc., to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 12mm thick tinted toughened glass in squares exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane including affixing printed emblem, rubber neoprene packing, stainless steel handle of 200mm size fixed on glass panel with suitable locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Aluminium shutter shall be measured and paid separately under item No.49.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium door shutters using aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55kg/Rm including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, hinges, aluminium snap beading, floor hinges complete all as specified and directed. Note: Glass pane shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces on wall and applying two coat of acrylic distemper over one coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART II (E/M WORKS)

Taking down/out security light fittings with accessories(junction box) and refixing in same position all as directed.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600mmX600mm, 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below the normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL and connected to copper strip 20x3mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron steel and earth strip protected by GI pipe 40mm bore light grade and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade including one test point for testing purpose with funnel all as shown in Electrical Plate No.5 including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal, CI funnel, earth pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), with 8mm CTD bars @ 100mm c/c in both ways, including necessary form work complete including necessry test on completion all as specified and as directed. Note : The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit, RCC cover slab, GI funnel with 40 mm dia watering pipe, wire mesh, 50mm dia light grade GI protection pipe for earth lead etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix copper strip 20x3mm including saddle insulator etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure distribution board with double door for MCB, TPN 4 way, 415 volts with 200 Amps rated neutral bus bar complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MCB shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix RCCB, 32 A, AC, 4 Pole breaking capacity 100 mA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN, AC 240 Volts 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA rupturing capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm, PVC insulated and unsheathed drawn through and including suitable size PVC medium grade conduit with all accessories fixed to walls/ceiling including one run of 1.5 Sqmm copper (insulated) cable as earth continuity conductor including complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 3 runs of 1.5 Sqmm cable and PVC Conduit shall be measured one unit length.

All as per Item No.57 above but two runs of FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm and one run of 2.5 Sqmm copper (insulated) cable as earth continuity conductor. Note : 3 runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable and PVC Conduit shall be measured one unit length.

All as per Item No.57 above but two runs of FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor 4 sqmm and one run of 4 Sqmm copper (insulated) cable as earth continuity conductor. Note : 3 runs of 4 Sqmm cable and PVC Conduit shall be measured one unit length.

Supply and fix Modular switch one way 6A/16 , 1 Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Modular socket outlet 3 pin 6A/16 , 2 Module complete all as specified and as directed.
