PART-B WORK

Erection of Double pole structure on 11 mtr. Long ST Pole for cable hanging only, including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast), back filling of earth, proper ramming & fitting of all accessories (M.S. angle iron bracing with clamps, top channel with clamps, disc insulator, B & S type disc fitting, P.G. Clamp, danger board with clamp, barbed wire earthing, etc. complete). The work includes carriage & handling of all materials from site store to pit site.

Erection of Double pole structure on 11 mtr. Long ST Pole for one side cable rising and one side overhead, including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast), back filling of earth, proper ramming & fitting of all accessories (M.S. angle iron bracing with clamps, top channel with clamps, disc insulator, B&S type disc fitting, P.G. Clamp, danger board with clamp, barbed wire earthing, etc. complete). The work includes carriage & handling of all materials from site store to pit site.

Erection of Double pole structure on 11 mtr. Long ST Pole for CT/PT combined unit, including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast), back filling of earth, proper ramming & fitting of all accessories (top channel with clamps, danger board with clamp, barbed wire earthing, etc. complete). The work includes carriage & handling of all materials from site store to pit site.

Grouting of stay rods (16 x 1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg including back filling, proper ramming etc. Fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing. The work includes carriage & handling of all materials from site store to pit site.

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Weasel conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel. The work includes carriage & handling of all materials from site store to pit site.

Laying of 11 KV 3x120 mm2"XLPE" cable including digging of pits of size 1.0x1.0 Mtr. Covering of cable with sand & brick around and Top of the cable.

Rising of 11 KV XLPE cable air after providing 6" dia M.S. Pipe 3 Mtr long after mounting of 11 KV cable boxes at double pole of Cable.

Cable Jointing charges of 11 KV XLPE Cable.
