Supplying and laying or fixing, jointing and testing LT under ground electric power cable crossed linked polyethylene ( XLPE) insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, ISI-7098 Marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded , heavy duty 1100 Volts grade of size 16 sqmm cross sectional area, 4 core ,complete all as specified laid in trenches/ laid under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts /in GI pipes etc. with and including MS Clamps, nuts , bolts, washers in an including taking down of unserviceable of cables, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note :- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks/ tiles/ block and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

All as per item No 01 here-in-above but of size 16 Sqmm 2 core.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, pipes line ,foundation, manhole etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces foundation, manholes etc to required levels in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable with clean dry sand locally available with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

Un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable covers class LV, type-1, flat, of size 250mm x 150 mm x 40mm for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying only serviceable Un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable covers obtained from taking down of old unserviceable cable as per existing class and size for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sheet metal enclosure double door for DB's TPN 4 way 415 V having 200 A rated bus bar in including taking down of old unserciveable sheet metal enclosure, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sheet metal enclosure double door for DB's SPN 6 way 240 V having 200 A rated bus bar in including taking down of old unserciveable sheet metal enclosure, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sub main wiring with two run (for Phase & Neutral) of 6.0 Sq. mm FRLS PVC sheathed, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt, and one run of copper earth wire 6.0 sqmm drawn through & including PVC casing and caping/PVC conduit as per site requirement in including taking down of old unserciveable sub main wiring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Copper conductor 3 run and one run of casing caping shall be measured as one length.

Steel tubing light grade galvanised of size 40 mm dia for cable protection, laying in trenchs/floors/wall fixed with clamps properly in including taking down of old unserciveable steel tubing light, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per srl item No.21 here-in-before but of size 25 mm bore.

Cutting existing road / PCC hard standing / pavement / drain for taking out / laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregates, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for dressing of existing LT panels with taking out the all (incoming & outgoing) cables loop from trench, cutting the damage piece, straight the cable and connect the same in panel with proper aluminium thimbles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : If loop in any cable is not available then epoxy joint to be carriedout and the joint will be paid separately.

Weather proof outdoor bus bar chamber, made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet with front & rear Opening, powder coated, dust & vermin proof, IP-66 Protection comprising 4 Nos aluminium strips each of 200 Amps, 80cm long having 10cm min distance from the body and between bus bars, fixed in steped way duly insulated mounted on epoxy insulators in horizontal position in stepped manner with 4 No’s mounting legs made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block (30cm depth below ground level and 60cm above ground level) in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate), and one MCCB of 125 Amps, 16 KA as incomer connected with bus bars by means of suitable size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers including cable glands at entry and outlet points including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils in including taking down of old unserciveable bus bar chamber including accessories, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i) Drawings for Bus bar chamber shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge before placing the order .This aspect shall be inclusive in the quoted Rate. (ii) Quoted Rates are inclusive of lugs, nuts, bolts washer etc. and including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils .

Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with tope edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides earth work GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrod to earth dolly supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 chamber and RCC copver 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggtregate reinforcedwith 8mm die TMT bars @ 100mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia PGI funnel and wire mesh 20mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and connected to earthing test point including testing in including taking down of old unserciveable old earthings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 1.00 metre away from earth.

Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to G I earth strip 4 dia G I wire by means of brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 kg/ Sq.m and MS frame etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 1.00 metre away from earth.
