Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kind of soil

Dry Stone soling/pitching 15cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

P/L cement Concret 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 Sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth carriage of materials in all lead and lifts.

P/F work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick weldid with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm so as to give a fair finish including sentring, shuttering, strutting and popping etc. with wooden batterns and ballis, height of propping and sentring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concret work in: vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string cources and the like.

Suspended floors, roofs, landing, balconies and access platform.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement Concret work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 Sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth carriage of materials in all lead and lifts. Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

Suspended floor roofs landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilever up to floor two level.

Providing steels reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth & above level carriage of materials in all lead and lifts. Mild steels and Medium Tensil steel bars.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of RCC work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand ) carriage of materials all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing, laying of HDPE pipe ISI marked 32 mm dia grade PE 100, Pressure Rating PN 16, SDR 9.00 confiring IS: 4984-2016 with fitting in all accessories etc complete carriage of materials in all lead and lifts.
