Improvement of 1150 KVA 6.6 KV to 440V English Electric imported make transformer No. 1 & 2 at Kilokri SPS. Removal of the HT connection leads removing the top cover, oil tank, silica jel breathers & cooling fins etc.
Lifting the core & coils with safe & sound condition.
Cleaning of the core & coils with hot oil vacuum machine & remove the moisture from the coils & core & also cleaning the transformer tank by removing sludge & silt etc.
Tapping the connection lead with kraft tape.
Replacement of winding protection pad (as per original).
Lowering the transformer core & coils with safe & sound condition.
Replacement of top cover gasket & insulator gasket oil seal for stopping the leakage.
Replacement of complete transformer oil. Make:- Power oil / Savita.
Dehydration of transformer oil.
Replacement of slica jel.
Checking and testing the transformer winding with HI-POT testing, IR DVDF testing, voltage ratio etc.
Workmanship charges for assembling, making HT / LT connections & testing the transformers on full load. Job includes all safety measures as per IER guidelines & required T&P items etc. under the supervision of site Engineer.
