M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick masonry/concrete, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down existing cement or cement-lime plaster of any description, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down and washing with water and preparing the surface to receive new plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or fair faces of brick masonry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down existing cement or cement-lime plaster of any description, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down and washing with water and preparing the surface to receive new plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling/concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down existing cement or cement-lime plaster of any description, hacking for key, scrubbing down and washing with water and preparing the surface to receive new plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough cast plaster on exterior wall surfaces comprising undercoat of cement mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and, while the undercoat is still in plastic state, applying rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone/fine gravel aggregate of 6 mm to 12 mm size, coarse sand and cement in the proportion 1:1:1, finished uniformly, including taking down existing plaster/pointing of any description, preparing background and curing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash to obtain an even and uniform finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered exterior wall surfaces and applying two coats of premium exterior grade weatherproof emulsion paint such as Apex Ultima of Asian Paints/Weathershield of Dulux/Dr. Fixit Raincoat Classic/WeatherCoat Long Life of Berger or equivalent approved make and quality, over and including one coat of suitable exterior primer, of approved shade/tint, at all heights up to 12 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint over and including one coat of alkali resistant primer to obtain an even and uniform finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying 2 mm thick approved wall care putty on plastered wall/ceiling surfaces, including necessary surface preparation, rubbing and finishing smooth and even to receive subsequent decorative treatment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washing, rubbing down and stopping existing treatment on wall surfaces, including cleaning mortar droppings, smoke, soot, mould, moss, efflorescent salts, oil and grease spots etc., using mechanical grinder/suitable means where required, preparing old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint over and including 2 mm thick wall care putty and one coat of suitable primer, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of 2 mm thick wall care putty shall be deemed included in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for preparing old decorated wall surfaces by brooming down old distempered/painted surfaces, removing loose treatment and nails, if any, and filling nail holes/minor depressions with putty, including treatment to cornices and other plastered/unplastered surfaces, and applying one coat of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint to obtain an even and uniform finish, complete all as specified and directed.
