Clearing jungle including up rooting of rank, vegetation grass, push, wood trees and samplings of girth up to 30 cms, measured at a height of 1M. above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50M. out side the periphery of area cleared. as per SOR No.-259 (i)

Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil embankment to be in 20cm layer including ramming dressing the surface to required levels with half tonne steel or wooden rammer and rolling every third and top most layer in roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity and including 1.50mtr, lift and all lead (earth shall be brought from a place with including cartage of earth by mechanically transport and T & P Labour etc required for proper completion earth shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.) The Contractor has detect different utilities like sewer line, Water Supply Line, Electric Cable, Telephone Cable, Gas Pipe Line(using Utility Detecting MAchine Before Start of Excavation and Shall start Excavation only after getting Permission of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & Cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of work

Cement concrete with 4 cm gaug approved stone ballast, course sand & cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials labour tools and plant etc. required for proper completion of work Same as above item No. 279 but with 2cm gaug stone grigt insted of 4 cm gauge stone ballast.

RCC work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 in slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG GI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of work including cost of binding wire. The rates excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo- Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

M-150 Brick Work in 1:4 Cement & Coarse sand of 2.20 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand)
