Taking down care fully copper/aluminium point wiring from wooden batten or conduits (light, fan, socket or power) complete incl fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, light fittings any type etc to be measured seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through Existing PVC conduit, including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuty and fabricated branded modular metal flush box / M S Steel terminal boxes, concealed in walls with suitable modular inner and outer plate / 3 mm thick laminated top sheet cover for housing switches , socket out let and fan regulators etc , all as specified and as directed for the followings:- complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down existing electric motor capacity 10 to 15 HP, 3 Phase 415V, 50 cycles, AC from foundation/coupling opening the motor cutting and the burnt windings including bearings necessary spares parts, cleaning the sator and water with cleaning agent, rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make, insulating winding with same class of insulation, varnishing backing up indication supply and provision of base foundation and fixing with bolts, nuts and re-installation of motor satisfactory perfomance of Engineer-in-charge.

Desludging of existinng sewage sump by mechanical means or manually and removing the sludge in closed container outside MOD land including providing necessary safety equipments to the worksmen deployed all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm gradded stone aggregate as in floors finished even and smooth including demolation.complete all as specified and directed by Engr -In- charge.

M&L for applying two coat of white wash on wall on decorated or undecorated surface incl preparation of surface complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of G.I. strip from earth electrode to the Main switch/Distr Board, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate chamber and MS angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 3 mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, round, GI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in Plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified & directed.
