Providing Hydraulic Tractor Trolley at Civil Sub Dn I at MPPMCL Rampur Jabalpur

Providing and supplying Tractor Trolley of size 10' × 6' × 2' complete with chassis, body, hydraulic system and tyres as per detailed specifications: • Chassis made from 8" × 3" MS channel section, fully welded frame, including cross-members and supporting brackets. • Hydraulic frame fabricated from 5" × 1.5" MS channel section, suitable for mounting hydraulic tipping cylinder. • Base sheet provided with 10-gauge MS sheet, fixed over 13 Nos. of 1.5" × 3" MS channel sections (full 10 ft length) for floor reinforcement. • Side walls of trolley made from 8-gauge MS sheet, reinforced with 1.5" × 3" channel, including: o Long side walls (10 ft): 8 ft opening and 2 ft fixed portion, with heavy-duty hinges and locking system. o Short side wall (6 ft): full opening (6 ft) with heavy-duty hinges and locks. • Hydraulic tipping system with 20-tonne capacity hydraulic cylinder, complete with mounting brackets, pins, hoses and fittings. • Axle assembly, towing hook, drawbar, safety chain and all standard fittings complete. • Tyres and tubes: Supply and fixing of new tyres with new tubes suitable for trolley load rating. (1 set) • Finishing with primer coat and two coats of synthetic enamel paint in desired shade. Complete job including fabrication, welding, assembling, finishing, testing and delivery at site, as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
