M&L for repair to pothholes of any depth n exc 1 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm depth, making good by filling in scrolled and graded road metal, watering and well raming incl supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with mechanical sprayer over old black top surfaces with bituminous primer (VG 10) at 5 kg per 10 Sq meter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG 30) using paving bitumen with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to achieve uniform smooth surface with power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair dual directional reflective cat eye of impact resistant plastic 100x80x15mm ultra voilet resistant yellow having micro prismatic/cube corner reflectors suitable for fixing with epoxy /bitumen adhesive complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F Hot thermo plastic imported road making material strips conforming to British specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index of 1.5 mm 75% spterical with indigenous or for foundation plan having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformation and having softening point 25 to 30 of area in width of n.exc 15 cm & 1.5mm thick strip in white colour according to IRC35-1970, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
