Removing the loop pipe carpet and underlaying, padding, scrapping of residual adhesive, tack strips, nails, staples and removing dust, and loose debris through vacuuming and leaving the floor ready for new flooring.

Providing vinyl flooring of 2mm thick as per the standard specification etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supply and installation of Acoustical Fibre Based Wall Panelling of strand colour, kerfed edge magnesite bonded pine wood fibre core tiles of size 600 x 2400 x 20mm, density 400 kgs / m3, weight 8 kg / m2 installed by using GI strut frame work system with non-visible fasteners using PVC strut H-Spline. The GI strut frame work systems includes GI strut CC 50 cross channel having thickness 0.7mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 50, depth 50mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to wall positioned horizontally in a regular manner at 600mm centre to centre. PVC strut H-Spline having sectional thickness 2mm and length 2400mm to be fixed perpendicular to the Strut CC50 cross channel at 600mm centers. The kerfed edge panels shall be then inserted into the strut H-Spline along their long edges of 2400mm against frame work to perfect fit with staggered short edges. The system is backlined with the acoustical infill Synthetic Polyfiber 500 gsm 50mm thick. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department officers. The cost includes, cost of material, cost of labour, scaffolding, transportation, conveyance, etc., complying to standard specication.

Treating Severe Dampness & Rising dampness in Walls - Providing and Applying two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface or walls applied @ 2.2kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1.2mm DFT, having Elongation at break >120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The finished cost to include surface preparation & treatment of cracks completely as per specification. Followed by applying 15 mm thick dimensionally stable fibrous reinforced cementitious structural grade dual shrinkage Polymer Repair Mortar on internal wall damp patches @ 29kg/m2. The material having Compressive strength of 38 MPa at 28 days as per EN 12190, Adhesive Bond Test, >1.5 Mpa as per EN 1542, followed by Water curing by sprinkling water for 3 times a day for 5- 7 days. Ensure that removing internal wall plaster up to the brick level. Extend up to minimum 2 feet in wide in excess to the damp patches. clean the effected surface followed by waterproof coating should be applied across the entire surface and apply a coat of spatter dash bond coat over cured coating. The dashing shall consist of (1-part SBR : 1 Part cement: 2 part wash sand) mixed to thick slurry and kept well stirred prior to applying the Polymer Repair Mortar. The finished cost to include surface preparation completely as per specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
