M&L for providing and injecting chemical Premise SC for Post Constructional Anti termite Treatment Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.1 ML of premise in 1 litre of water including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for Anti termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical Premis SC @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors all as specified .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roof floor (other than ground floors) beams staircase, landing chajja and similar work complete all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) type B1 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, sunshades, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete including necessary form work all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) type B1 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as chajjas or similar works etc completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chipping out spilled and loose concrete cover and derusting steel reinforcement of concrete column, beam, slab, chajjas, parapets and the like as directed up to 25 to 35mm thick roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting steel wire reinforcement, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75 x 75 x 2mm as reinforcement to concrete surface applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guniting mix using one part of OPC 53 grade and two part of sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00kg/Sqcm by guiniting machine and surface finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/scaffolding, formwork (guniting work to be carried out up to 10 metre height) complete as directed at site Note :- (a) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with wire brushes, washed with water and allow to dry, apply chemistic polycretes admixture @ 2.25 kg by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instruction. (b) when polymix concreting in taking condition,guiniting is done with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions (polycrete admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorised dealer). (c) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates for making good depression / undulation to make the existing floor, roof surfaces etc. as filling in depression of floors rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, avg 8 to 9 mm thick size (600x600mm / 600x1200mm ), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, including dismantling of cement concrete/terrazzo/ceramic tiles flooring in floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, avg 8 to 9 mm thick (match to floor), as in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3, including dismantling of cement concrete/terrazzo/ceramic tiles skirting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match,including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete including dismantling of cement concrete/terrazzo flooring in floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
