Sub Head - 1 (Establishment)

Repairs and maintenance of following electrical and mechanical installations, details as follows and according to terms and conditions mentioned as per I.E. rules by providing Wireman and Helper a) E.I., Lights/Fans/Plug points/ Powerpoints and Street/ Compound lighting arrengements as per I.E. Rules. b) Water supply arrangement c) Water cooler (Electrical) d) Air coolers e) Air conditioners (Electrical) f) preventive maintainance of gensets (without repairs, overhauling etc.) g) Feeder pillars/LT panels maintenance h) Transformer (preventive) i) High Mast Tower system j) Other miscellaneous electrical & mechanical works directed by site engineer.

Sub Head - 2 Materials

Supply of FRLS PVC Insulated copper conductor single core cable of following sizes

Supplying of industrial box type luminaries, prewired for LED 1X20 watt tube with in built driver and superior lumens in lower wattages. (2100 lumens or more) having powder coated in white CRCA, MS box complete with all accessories and energy efficient 1X20 watt 4 feet length, IP 20 protection, integrated driver including batten after removal of the existing fitting as per direction of Engineer-in charge

Supplying 40 watt highbay LED type Well Glass luminaires in pressure die-cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass with frame of ingress IP 66 with driver, LEDs with lumen efficacy not less than 110 lm/W, colour temp 5700 K,THD (%) < 10, Polycarbonate diffuser in opal finish and fixing on truss with suitable clamps and nut bolts etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying 70 watt LED highbay well glass light fitiing having pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame of ingress protection IP65 with driver and all other accessories on joice by GI clamp nut bolt as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying 45 watt LED street light fitiing with LED lamp with illumination not less than 4500 lumen having pressure die cast aluminium housing, colour temp 6500 K, heat resistant toughened glass with frame of ingress protection IP65 with driver, THD<10 %, PF> 0.95, CRI>70 % and all other accessories on the existing bracket as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
