Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture, over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.Water thinnable cement primer

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade One or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing fly proof wire guage to windows, clerestory windows and doors with M.S flat 15X3 mm and nuts & bolts complete. Stainles steel (grade 304) wire guage of 0.50 mm dia wire and 1.4mm aparture on both sides including necessary hinges and locking arrangements.

Tiles cleaning with acid including scrapping etc. as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing P.V.C low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) confirming to IS :7231 with all fittings and fixtures complete. 10 litre capacity white colour.
