Pre Commissioning Activities For Ash Handling System Charges for attending to Pre‑commissioning activities work in three shifts for up keeping of the Bottom Ash Hopper area and its equipments like Bottom Ash Hoppers, Scraper Chain Conveyors system (SCC), Clinker grinder with discharge pipe, Hydraulic Power Pack system and its pipelines, Accumulator Assembly (Power pack system) for auto chain tensioning and its pipelines, Economizer hoppers & its pipeline's and ensuring the free and continuous flow of ash from Eco hoppers & all valves, LP water Pumps and its connected pipelines, Jet pumps, Discharge Gates & all valves in this area for one operation as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc

Charges for attending to Pre commissioning activities work in three shifts for up keeping of the Transport air compressor house and its equipments like compressors after cooler, drier, receivers, Heaters, Blowers, EOT crane and its connected airline& water lines, Vacuum pump House and its all equipments and its connected air lines up to buffer hopper and ESP hopper sand ESP Hoppers and Ash conveying Pipes in the ESP Area and ”ensuring the free and continuous flow of fly ash from ESP hopper to fly ash Buffer Hoppers and ensuring the free and continuous flow of fly ash from APH & Duct hoppers to Buffer hoppers, fluidizing lines from Heaters & blowers to ESP hoppers, Buffer Hoppers, Silos and fly ash conveying pipe lines from FAE to silo,ESP hoppers and its pneumatic lines & Valves, solenoid valves and gate valves in this area for one operation as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Charges for Pre commissioning activities works in Slurry Pump House for up-keeping of the equipments, Renewal of gland packing in HP & LP Ash Water Pumps, Ash Slurry Disposal Pumps for both bottom ash & fly ash, HP & LP Seal Water Pumps, Dust Conditioner Pumps, Renewal/tightening of V-belts in Ash Slurry Disposal Pump, tightness checking of coupling bolts and Bed bolts, Equipment's Lubrication, Inspection of Oil level & Oil topping up in Fluidized Coupling etc. in this area for one operation as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Milling System Charges for Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of mills plant system System,(HP1103 Bowl Mills with planetary gear box) including lube oil system, gear box and reject handling system etc., from control room through OWS in sequence as per the operational procedures and also Monitoring & taking readings at local for entire system inside & outside of the plant and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Internal Coal handling system Charges for Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of internal coal handling system from JNT 1, Crusher House, JNT 2 & JNT 3 and its related belt conveyors with drive units (Gear box, Fluid 0r Scoop coupling & Gear coupling) for coal receiving ((Elevated slope conveyor BCN 1A,1B (52meter height from ground), ILMS 1A, 1B, RSC 1&2, VSF 1 to 4, Crusher 1 to 4, BCN 2A, 2B, BCN 5A, 5B, RBF 1 to 6, Flow divider and Flap gate), DE system in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for above mention system and carryout minor repair works, up keeping etc., in this area for operation etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Charges for clearing the spilled and accumulated coal then & there during day time on the conveyor floor, head end areas, deck sheets, walkways, tail end areas of conveyor during the commissioning of internal coal handling system from JNT 1, Crusher House, JNT 2 & JNT 3 and its related belt conveyors for coal receiving ((Elevated slope conveyor BCN 1A,1B (52meter height from ground), RSC 1&2, VSF 1 to 4, Crusher 1 to 4, BCN 2A, 2B, BCN 5A, &B, RBF 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6, and DE system and its allied equipments etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, etc.,

Charges for Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of internal coal handling system, from coal yard conveyors with drive units (Gear box, Fluid 0r Scoop coupling & Gear coupling) BCN 4 & BCN 6 and its related SCR 1, 2. 3 & 4 (Stacker & Re-claimer) for coal receiving, stacking & coal feeding to unit bunkers , ERH conveyor BCN 8, JNT 4, JNT 5 and Flap gates in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for above mention system and carryout minor repair works, up keeping, Stacker &Re-claimer operation works and monitoring of Coal pile 1,2,3 & 4 etc., in this area for operation etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Charges for clearing the spilled and accumulated coal then & there during day time on the conveyor floor, head end areas, deck sheets, walkways, Stacker cum Re-claimer machine rails up to rail stopper, tail end areas of conveyor, during the commissioning of internal coal handling system, doing stacking of coal in coal pile and feeding of coal to unit bunkers from coal yard conveyors BCN 4 & BCN 6 and its related SCR 1, 2. 3 & 4 (Stacker &Re-claimer boom conveyor), ERH conveyor BCN 8, JNT 4, JNT 5 etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, etc.,

Charges for Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of internal coal handling system, in coal feeding conveyors with drive units (Gear box, Fluid 0r Scoop coupling & Gear coupling) BCN 3A, 3B, BCN 7A, 7B, BCN 9A, 9B (54.7meter height from ground), BCN 10A, 10B (72meter height from ground), RBF 7, 8, Flap gates, ILMS 2A, 2B and its related JNT 6 & JNT 7 etc., in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for above mention system and carryout minor repair works, up keeping etc., in this area for operation etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Charges for Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning period, the Bull dozers used for coal handling works like levelling, ramping, stacking and advancing feeding etc., in ICHP Coal Pile 1,2,3&4 at USTPP-1/ Udangudi and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning in bull dozers etc. in this area for operation etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

External Coal handling system & Coal Jetty Charges for Providing round the clock essential monitoring activities of External coal handling system, while receiving coal from Ship through Coal Jetty, monitoring the equipments like Crab type Ship Unloader 1 with Crab Bucket 1 (2000TPH), Crab type Ship Unloader 2 with Crab Bucket 2(2000TPH), Crab Unloader 1 & 2 mechanism, Electrical operating system, Electrical hoist, and it’s all related drive units and operation of Crab Unloader (Control room & Bucket boom end), DFDS systems etc., in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for above mention system and carryout minor repair works, up keeping etc., in this area for operation etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Charges for Providing round the clock essential monitoring activities of External coal handling system, while receiving coal from Ship through Coal Jetty, monitoring the equipments like conveyors with drive units (Gear box, Fluid 0r Scoop coupling & Gear coupling) BCN 1, BCN 2, ILMS 1, ILMS 2, Flow divider 1 & 2, Flag gate 1 & 2 , SS I, SS II ,SS III and operation & maintenance of SS I, II & III, operating shift duties in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for above mention system and carryout minor repair works etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Charges for clearing the spilled and accumulated coal then & there during day time on the conveyor floor, head end areas, deck sheets, walkways, tail end areas of conveyor etc., while receiving coal from Ship through External coal handling system in conveyors BCN 1, BCN 2, around the areas of Coal Jetty and its related equipments etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Charges for Providing round the clock essential monitoring activities of External coal handling system, in coal receiving Pipe conveyors 1 & 2 (8.6KM length each) along with three drive units (Primary, Secondary & Tertiary)) (Gear box & Gear coupling), ILMS 1 & ILMS 2, Flow divider, Flap gates, JNT 1A & JNT 1 head end and its related equpments etc., in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for above mention system and carryout minor repair works, up keeping etc., in this area for operation etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Charges for clearing the spilled and accumulated coal then & there during day time on the conveyor floor, head end areas, head end & tail end of deck sheets, head end & tail end areas of walkways and conveyor etc., while receiving coal from Ship through External coal handling system in coal Pipe conveyors 1 & 2 (8.6KM length each) along with three drive units (Primary, Secondary & Tertiary)) (Gear box & Gear coupling), JNT 1A & JNT 1 head end and its related equpments, up keeping etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Charges for Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities for up keeping, operation of Fire Pump house at Jetty as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,
