Prime cost of Rs. 250000 is taken to on Lumpsum

basis, however same shall be paid on actual basis on

purchase of any required material or any additional

work done (which is not covered in any BoQ items)

only on instruction of engineer in charge. The same

shall be carried out by the contractor on competettive

rates and submit tax invoice along with RA considering

7.5% contractor Profit.
