Providing new 3T capacity worm gear box assembly consist of cast iron top and bottom plates, worm nut made up of pig iron, worm shaft made up of EN8 steel rod and two numbers of thrust bearings. The top and bottom plates machined to suit the worm nut and shaft. The worm nut threaded inside to suit the 63mm dia screw rod and the outer side formed with helical teeth cutting to suit the worm shaft. The worm shaft machined to the required shape and size and provided with helical teeth to suit with the worm nut.The assembly fixed with two numbers of thrust bearing one on top and another on bottom of the worm nut and fastened with required bolt and nuts.
