SH: I SITC of Elevator

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of machine room less electric traction type elevators of following capacity and type suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, having AC variable voltage and variable frequency type traction control, speed of 1.00 mtr/sec, electromagnetic brake system, simple operations, operating panel with luminous buttons including hand rail, Braille symbols and auditory signals, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, LED type emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to AAI's EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for full height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman's switch at ground floor, digital car positions indicator in car and at all floors with UP/DOWN direction, light fixtures, ventilation fan etc complete with all accessories including automatic rescue device in the event of power failure etc., as required and generally conforming to technical specifications and technical particulars enclosed in tender document. The traction motor of machine room less elevator shall be of gearless type and placed inside the elevator hoist way complete as per technical specification.

16 passenger (minimum 1088 Kg) capacity elevator, 2 stops & 2 openings (Ground Floor & First Floor), automatic centre opening stainless steel door, car enclosure provided with stainless steel panel on three sides and glass panel on one side and suitable for travel height of 4.54 mtrs (Approx.) or as per site/drawing.

AICMC of Elevator

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract of 01 no complete Electric Traction Type machine room less passenger elevator system after defect liability period, including all electrical/ mechanical equipment safety control installed under this contract of 16 passenger capacity elevators with 2 stops & 2 openings, i/c control panels, complete as specified in above item no. 1 as per technical specification and scope of work.

After Defect liability period (01 Year)

First year after DLP (4% of SITC cost including frieght, insurance, transportation etc.)

Second year after DLP (4% commulative enhancement on first year cost)

Third year after DLP (5% commulative enhancement on second year cost)

Fourth year after DLP (5% commulative enhancement on third year cost)

Fifth year after DLP (5% commulative enhancement on forth year cost)

SH: II SITC of Escalator

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of reversible outdoor commercial type escalators having capacity of 6000 passengers per hour at an operating speed of 30 linear meter per minute, having width not less than 1000mm between interior panel, suitable for following rise from floor to floor ( Height 4.54 Metres approx) with electric motor, control, latest safety devices, control panel i/c stainless steel cladding etc. for operation on 415V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC supply system as required at site and as per enclosed specification with auto start and auto stop, as per attached drawing, conplete as required. Travel height from floor to floor: 4.54 Meter (Approx) with an angle of 30 degree.

AICMC of Escalator

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract of 01 no complete commercial type escalators after defct liabilty period having capacity of 6000 passengers per hour at an operating speed of 30 linear meter per minute, having width not less than 1000 mm between interior panel, i/c control panels, complete as specified in above item no. 1 of SH: II as per technical specification and scope of work.
