Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 mt. (100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-Incharges upto a distance of 30mt. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches.

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete..

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre-construction anti-termite treatment to create a continuous barrier under and around foundations, column pits, wall trenches, plinth filling, floor-wall junctions, external perimeter, expansion joints, and around pipes/conduits, complete as per IS 6313 (Part II). Using approved chemicals (Aldrin/Heptachlor/Chlordane or equivalent) with application rates: 5 L/sqm for masonry & foundation, 7.5 L/sqm for backfill and external perimeter, 5 L/sqm for plinth top and under apron, measured on plinth area at ground floor level.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
