(ii)250 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 Phase, 50HZ, ONAN Cooled Oil immersed Copper Wound Step Down “BIS Marked ” Transformer Complete with first filling of IS:335 ISI Marked Filtered & Dehydrated Transformer Oil, having 7 position Off-Circuit tap changer withtapping range +7.5% to -7.5% in steps of 2.5% each with all standard fittings & accessories including OTI, WTI & Marshalling Box .The Transformer as per comply with BIS-1180(Part-1)2014 EEL- 3 with amendment no.- 4 and Losses @50% Load - not more than 864W and Losses @100% Load - not more than 2488W. Laying of one number PVC/XLPE Insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 11 KV grade upto 120 sq.mm direct in ground including excavation,sand cushioning,protective covering,refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC/XLPE Insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 11 KV grade upto 120 sq.mm in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC/XLPE Insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 11 KV grade upto 120 sq.mm in the existing masonary open duct as required.

Supply of LT Power Cables - Aluminium stranded conductor A2XFY, XLPE Insulated, Cores Laid Up, PVC Innersheathed, Armoured with galvanised steel strip, Extruded PVC Type ST2 Outer Sheathed, 650 V(Conductor to earth)/1100 V(between conductors) grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with upto Date Amendments. 3.5 core 400 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC/XLPE Insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade and size above 185 Sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm direct in ground including excavation,sand cushioning,protective covering,refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC/XLPE Insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade and size above 185 Sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC/XLPE Insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade and size above 185 Sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm in the existing masonary open duct as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC/XLPE Insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade and size above 185 Sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm(Clamped with 40 X 3 mm MS flat clamp) on wall surface as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC/XLPE Insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade and size above 185 Sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm(Clamped with 40 X 3 mm MS flat clamp) on cable tray as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5 C x 400 sq mm (82 mm)

supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required: 120 sq. mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.)

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

SITC of 400 A,415 Volt 4 Pole onload change over switch,AC23A utilization category, on surface along with sheet steel powder coated enclosure and extended handle,connections etc as required

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air Cooled Floor standing Tower type split Air conditioners complete with Indoor unit(IDU),Out door unit (ODU), surface / concealed copper Refrigerant piping with insulation (closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular pipe section) upto 5 Mtr (IDU to ODU), copper power cable upto 5.5 Mtr (IDU to ODU), i/c drain pipe of suitable length and size. R-32/R-410/R-407C Green Refrigerant,wireless Remote control, suitable for working between 180-260V with low &high voltage cutoff and 50 hz ,1 phase AC supply capable of performing cooling, dehumidification, air circulation of following capacity with Scroll /rotary with min 5 year Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty both compressor and Printed Circuit Board (PCB). as specified.
