REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SELECTION OF TENANTS FOR LEASING/RENTING OUT OF COMPANYs PROPERTIES AT PLOT NO.306, HEBBAL INDUSTRIAL AREA MYSURU - CALL 5

The Tenants eligible for participating in the selection process shall be a single business entity (the "Business Entity"). For the purpose of this RFP document, a Business Entity shall mean a sole proprietorship firm registered under the Proprietorship Act /a partnership firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932/ a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 or other similar State legislations/ a company registered in India under the Companies Act, 2013 and is in the business for at least 3 (three) years preceding the Bid Due Date.

The Tenants should upload the complete address along with Telephone/Mobile Numbers/e-mail/Aadhaar Card/PAN Card.

A Registered Tenants/ proprietorship firm should upload the Income Tax returns and Auditor certificate specifying annual turnover for the last 3 financial years.

A Firm/Company should furnish certificate of incorporation and memorandum of association as proof of identity.

Tenants should have GST Registration Certificate.

Business entity should not be barred by any Tenants of the Central Government, any State Government, any Statutory Authority or any public sector undertaking, the attested copy of the same should be in Rs. 100 stamp paper.

All technical documents as per tender shall be uploaded

The bidder must have turnover of at least 10 Crs during last 3 financial years (Cumulative).
