Demolition of Brickwork / stone masonry / PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of roof top surfaces of any description / height by removing leaves, branches, silt deposits, clearing rain water pipes for smooth flowing of rain watering and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Drilling hole in RCC member using drilling machine 18 mm dia, to a depth of 50 mm, removing dust etc., using vacum cleaner and blower, inserting heavy grade GI nipple 15 mm dia, 80 mm long in concrete members, @ 1.2 m centre to centre on either direction, injecting cement slurry mixed with liquid integral water proofing compound (Conplast X 421 & Nitobond AR of M/s. FOSROC Chemical India Pvt Ltd., or techno commercial equivalent of M/s. Pidilite / STP Limited, at pressure rating till rejection, closing the ends of nipple with epoxy puty / silica jelly complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in padding concrete, levelling course and like, (including mixing with water proofing liquid as per manufacturers instructions), obtaining uniform slope on roof top and finishing the surfaces to received futher treatment complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only liquid based water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching and similar work including form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with grade ‘C’ solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part- I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid based water proofing compound.

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5 kg / sq. m and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms / sq m) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 litre/sq m by forced application, complete all as specified and as directed. The complete roof treatment shall be consisting of as under :- (i) Screed bed of 10 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4, on brick work/concrete surfaces while concrete is green, including mixing water proofing compound (Note : Supply only liquid based water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.) (ii) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 litre / sq m (iii) Laying of APP based membrane of specified thickness and weight. (iv) Applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/ sq m, (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml / sq m in each coat.

Material and labour for, Rendering 15 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6, on brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, for rendering 15 mm thick in patches on walls of brick / stone / concrete surfaces in two layers (base layer 10 mm and finishing layer of 5 mm thick in CM 1:4, including mixing liquid based water proofing compound and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only liquid based water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Material and labour, for rendering 5 mm thick on brick or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar(1:3) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered wall surfaces of any description not otherwise described and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to include for cost of wall care putty.

Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered ceiling surfaces of any description not otherwise described and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to include for cost of wall care putty.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of weather proof primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing 1 mm thick Brush Bond RFX (two component acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating consisting of Brush Bond RFX powder and Nito Bond BBX acrylic emulsion grey in colour of Make FOSROC) on old exposed concrete surface for bonding new cementitious materials to existing cementitious surface using stiff brush roller or trowel to obtain desired thickness complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable GI tubing, supply and fixing new 15 mm bore Galvanized Iron tubing, medium grade, with all fittings fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid on floors, walls, ceiling, etc. ., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable GI tubing, supply and fixing new 20 mm bore Galvanized Iron tubing, medium grade, with all fittings fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid on floors, walls, ceiling, etc. ., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters, soil / waste / vent pipes / rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., Supply and fix, PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with solvent cement joints laid under floor or on walls fixed as soil / waste / vent pipes with Stack clamps made out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, UPVC (SWR) bends any radius 110 mm dia, with oval access door, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank of capacity exceeding 500 litres, but not exceeding 1000 litres (fixed on roof), setting aside (or lowering if required), cleaning, removing all scales, dirt from tanks, from mouths of circulating pipes, etc., and hoisting / re-fixing / re-connecting in same / new position, writing date of cleaning with white paint, (height / size of letters / figures not less than 10 cm in height, re-fixing serviceable ball valve, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of water tanks of 500 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 500 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with and including GI fittings such as check nut, tank nipple etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of water tanks of 750 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 500 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with and including GI fittings such as check nut, tank nipple etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of water tanks of 1000 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 500 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with and including GI fittings such as check nut, tank nipple etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Uprooting or scrubbing plants / shrubs / flora / fauna on walls, girth not exceeding 100 mm, cutting holes in walls, digging out roots applying sulphuric acid / phenolic acids per manufacturers instructions to burn out deep grown roots and making good the surface using CM 1:3 (mixed with and including water proofing compound) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, gun metal, globe or gate valves 20 mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe including necessary cutting/threading the old pipe and provision of new fittings such as Tee, socket, elbow, union if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Ball valves of 20 mm dia , (minimum weight 210 grams) , high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
