Providing sewerage interception and diversion work under Swatch Bharat Mission to Kotkhai Town in Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla HP SH Providing laying jointing and testing of DI Spun pipes of 150 mm dia in sewer network

Excavation in foundation (trenches for laying of pipes and M/holes chamber) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited, cutting of metalled bituminous roads / pucca C.C pavements i/c saturated soil / bailing or pumping out water in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the usable and un-usable materials separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returning the usable soil to trenches in 15 cm (fifteen centimeters) layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming or watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil, un-usable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and also including cost of diversion of traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, providing temporary crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc., complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing, laying and jointing in trenches 150 MM dia centrifugally cast ductile iron (spun) pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends conforming to BIS 8329/2000 in standard lengths 4 Mtrs, 5 Mtrs, 5.5 Mtrs & 6 Mtrs for classification Class K-7, including Tyton (push on joints) rubber gasket D-jointing with cement mortar lining inside the pipes including bends of all degrees, tees, collars, tapers (if required) crosses, short pieces, tail pieces, plugs of required numbers, cuttings of pipes, chamfering where required (earth work in trenches and jointing of pipes to be measured & paid for separately) including carriage in all leads and lifts complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the following nominal diameters.

150 mm dia Class K-7.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1:2 (1cement :1Sand: 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm N/S) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for Rainforced concrete work in:-

Walls (Any thickness) attached pillasters, pillasters, buttresses, beam girder and contilevers upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 Sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation and Plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like: Floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string couress and the like with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Edge of slab and breaks in floors and wall under20cm wide within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing precast RCC (SFRC) Manhole frame and cover conforming to IS-12592 part I & II on the tope ring beam of M.H. chamber during concreting of chamber having following duties of cover & frame, with in all leads and lifts. Heavy Duty.

Providing and fixing of mild steel/ tor steel reinfircement for rainforced concrete work I/C bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of 200 mm wide C.I rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in cement concrete complete in all respects nin Man hole chamber, pillers etc with in all leads and lifts.
