SCHUDULE 'A' PART II (SPECIAL REPAIR TO CONVERT OVER HEAD ELECTRIC LINE TO UNDER GROUND CABLE INCLUDING FEEDER PILLAR BOXES AND ALLIED WORKS AT HQ 25 SECTOR AT JORHAT.)

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.

Dismantling of pole any type for street light / strut pole embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Erection of steel tublar pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (cement :coarse sand : stone aggregate foundation including excavations etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure withcover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug , bolts , nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 mtr long, all as specified.

Providing and installation of street light fitting 70 watt LED type complete with all as specified.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV /HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts,bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finishpaint etc. as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts,washers etc. as required.

Disconnection of transformer 11 / 0.433 KV outdoor type of capacity 500/400 KVA removing primary and secondary terminals top cover with conservator tank neutral earth strip and draining out transformer oil and storeing to clean container ,cleaning of terminals , inspection of cores , supply and replacement 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank cover, reassembling the complete dismantled items , reconnecting HT/LT supply cable ends complete all as directed by Engr- in Charge.

M&L required T&P for taking out of transformer 11/0.433 KV 500/400 KVA capacity from existing position for necessary repairing work after repair, reassembling, reconnecting in the system and testing all as specified.

Filtration of transformer oil outdoor type to achieving electric strength up to 40 KV for one minut at 4 mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filtration plant , testing of oil for di electric strength before and after filtration shall be conducted all as specified by the Engr- iin - Charge Note :- Test report after filtration to be produced to Dept.

Supply and fixing Gang operated air breaker switch triple pole vertical type 11 KV for current rating up to 150 Amps double stack type mech operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanisam work from ground levelincluding operating rod GI tubing 25 mm dia medium grade single piece of 6.2 RM and handle complete including locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note- The AB switch shall be consist of 3 insulators per phase and 18 isolators.

Supply & fixing drop out (DO) fuse unit expulsion type out door type 150 Amps rating single pole mounted in two insulators fixed to and including MS channel with nut bolt and washer, Synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with HT fuse element up to 25 A capacity for HT 11 KV working pressure etc., complete all as specified and directed.
