Water Pumps Set

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of End Suction Back pull-out centrifugal pumps complete with motor, base frame, vibration isolators, drain valves and other accessories. Pumps shall have mechanical seal and Bronze Impeller. The pump shall be fitted with motor suitable for 415 Volts ± 10%, 50 cycles, 3 phase power supply. The job includes cost of providing/ welding/ fitting of Flanges, Reducers, nipples, Nut Bolts, thermal insulation and cladding for hot water pumps as well as M.S base frame for mounting pump and motor along with VI pads. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 No. 1000 ltrs HDPE (tripple layer) tank (for Soft Water and raw water) with necessary connections. The job includes Providing and fitting of necessary pedestal/ structural support over which tank shall be mounted, providing & fitting 25mm G.I piping with insulation and aluminum cladding from raw water tank to soft water tank including all the valves and fittings etc.

Providing and fixing of M.S structrual steel for pipe hanging, reqiured for heat pumps, indoor units of ISMC, ISA of assorted size as per site requirement.

Construction of foundation of size 3m x 6m by way of excation of the required earth upto the depth of 0.5m, stone soling of 0.20m, mudmat in 1:4:8 for 0.1m, with concrete plinth upto 0.75 m above ground and boulders inside, with a slab in RCC (1:3:6) of 0.125m thickness. The job also includes construction of canopy as per the directions of Engineer incharge and cover the area by PUF panel of 100 mm thickness.

Providing, fixing Termination of XLPE insulated 1100 V grade armoured sheathed aluminum conductor cables from main source panel boards to heat pumps equipments, through cable trench, road, walls with appropriate clamps and fixing arrangements etc.

Supply and Laying of PVC Insulated and FR PVC round sheathed, unarmoured flexible copper conductor industrial cable of 1.lkv grade of following sizes in suitable size conduits. Complete in all respects.

Preambles to BOQ for L.T Cables a. Termination of Sub main wire with crimping lugs in Meter Board is in the scope of Internal Electrical works. b. Effecting adequate and proper connections at terminations. c. Providing all fixing accessories such as clamping devices nuts, bolts and screws. d. Providing sealing compound, thimble, crimping lugs etc. at joints and termination as called for. e. Wherever the cables are of aluminum and bus bars of copper or vice versa bimetallic lugs shall be used. f. Sealing of Cutouts & Sleeves after cable laying with fire-proof materials. g. Bidder shall measure the lengths and be sure, prior to purchase.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Pre-coated galvanized profile sheets 0.50 mm TCT having a crest height of 28-32 mm at 195 mm pitch and effective width of 975-1000 mm and length to suite requirement to purlins using self-drilling and self-tapping fasteners of reputed make with purlin sheet using self- drilling and self-tapping fasteners and fixing flashings, valleys and ridges of color coated galvanized plain sheet of reputed make complete as directed at site of work.

Dismatling of the existing HVAC equipments like AHU's, Chillers, Pipeline network, ducting, ductable units, etc and handing over the same to the University authorities in their safe custody, as per I/C Engineer
