Water Pumps Set

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of End Suction Back pull-out centrifugal pumps complete with motor, base frame, vibration isolators, drain valves and other accessories. Pumps shall have mechanical seal and Bronze Impeller. The pump shall be fitted with motor suitable for 415 Volts ± 10%, 50 cycles, 3 phase power supply. The job includes cost of providing/ welding/ fitting of Flanges, Reducers, nipples, Nut Bolts, thermal insulation and cladding for hot water pumps as well as M.S base frame for mounting pump and motor along with VI pads. Pumps shall be complete as per specifications and shall have operating parameters as given below:

Other details as per the Technical specifications given in Tender document.SSupply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated Double Skinned Fresh and Exhaust air Unit floor mounted horizontal type, fabricated out of extruded aluminum section with 0.6mm pre-plasticized / pre-coated Galvanized steel sheet outside & 0.6 mm plain Galvanized steel sheet inside with forward curved blower, blower section and blower motor TEFC type IE-3 grade suitable for Pre-filter section with non woven synthetic media of 50 mm thick in extruded aluminum frame of 10 micron particle size with an efficiency of 90% of suitable MERV 8 rating with motor ( filter section excluded for exhaust air unit), belt drive, fire retardant double layer canvass connection etc. without face and bypass dampers. The fan section panels shall be insulated with 43 mm thick & 36 Kg/m³ density PU foam. The motor & blower assembly shall be mounted on Aluminum extruded section only. The complete unit shall conform to tender specification. Unit shall be supplied with commissioning filter which shall be replaced with actual pre filters. The face velocity across filters shall be limited to 152 MPM max. The capacity of fan section unit shall be as follows. Providing & Fitting of 100mm thick rigid PUF, CFC free conforming to IS-12436-88 with subsequent amendments having density of 40kg/m3 sandwiched between 0.5mm thick pre painted galvanized steel sheet as per IS-14246- 95 with subsequent amendments with 18-20 microns of exterior polyester coating of white colour on epoxy primer on both sides. The basic substrate shall be Gr-120 hot dip Galvanised steel. Other details as per the Technical specifications given in Tender document.Œ
Control panel Preambles to BOQ for Panels The contractor shall consider the following details in their item rates, wherever required: a. Supporting rigid steel framework. b. Providing cable supports within cable Alley. i.ACBs for all incomers shall have LED indication for fault type, Microprocessor failure and LCD display for curves & parameters. j. TPN ACB mean 3 pole & neutral k. TPN MCCB mean 3 pole & neutral l. ACB s shall have minimum 35 MVA breaking capacity. m.MCB s shall have 10 KA breaking capacity. n.All motor feeders' MCCB / MCB shall be suitable for motor duty application (AC3). o. All DOL & Star-Delta Starters shall be provided with SPPR (single phase preventer relay) and 2 nos. of Aux. Contacts for Remote operation/monitor. p.All MCCB's above 250A shall be provided with Extended Rotary operating handle. q. The Panel fabricator shall provide Al. / Copper Bus-bars link from Breakers wherever more than two nos. of cables are terminated in the breakers. r. All breakers in panels shall have a fault level as indicated in BoQ. s. All MCBs in Panel shall be suitable for motor duty application. t.
