Soil investigation of SPT Test as per IS: 2131-1981 in ordinary soil consisting of clay/silt/sand or their maxture with shell and auger method or refusal (N-value 50 or above ) whichever is earlier and collection of samples, testing of these samples in laboratory for grain size analysis, Atterberg limits, water content, cohesion,angle of internal friction, specific gravity, wet & dry bulk density etc. and evaluation of safe bearing capacity along with strata logs and submission of comperhensive report. Upto 10.00 m depth with recommendation in 3 copies (Soft & hard )complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge(Rate includes mobilization of equipment to site and withdrawing of the same from site)

Preparation of Complete Architectural & Structural Design and drawing including Structure and Plan, elevation & Sectional elevation of full details, detailed calculation & Drawing as per latest I.S. Code (including vetting from any Govt. college or University) and Detailed Estimate for C/O Gaurd Room (02 Nos) with Toilet & Bath on basis of DSR 2023 & upto date correction slips and Market rate analysis. Submission of detailed estimate including Measurement sheet, Rate of Analysis as per latest DSR 2023 in 3 copies (Soft & hard )
