Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for walling for squared rubble masonry regular coursed, Secunderabad/Bangalore type, ell bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 5 above but except stones complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1 (1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed by the Engr-in-Charge at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as directed

Material and labour for RCC Work cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) foundations,including rafts, footings, foundation beams,plinth beams, bases for columns, etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour broken glass coping on top of walls rendered with 25 mm thick layer of cement mortar in cement mortar 1:3 with a rounded or weathered finish and before the mortar has set, glass ( of bottle or thick glass) broken to approximately 63 mm gauge , shall be firmly embedded at the rate of 10 kg of glass per square metre of rendered surface, jogged edges of the glass being left projecting complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description exc 10cm with or girth an applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable barbed wire

Supply and fixing galvanised 2 strand steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc only including making good staples etc complete all as spcified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised punched tape 1A concertina coil 450mm dia stretch length 6m fixed or welded to angle iron brackets and fixing to barbed wire with necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel angle as in fencing posts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of plastered or un-plastered surface old decorative and washing down, brooming rubbing etc and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for for complete removal existing surfaces. Preparation of old decorated wall surfaces including cleaning with water rubbing of old fungus complete removal and applying two coat of weather proof paint "APEX" OR EQUIVALENT approved make all as specified and directed
