Construction of Sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 (including compensation of earth ). (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) from Private land

(b) Extra lead for 2KM beyond the initial lead of 3.00km

Compacting original ground. Case-1: Compacting original ground supporing sub grade (losing of the ground up to a level of 500 mm below the sub grade level watered graded and compacted in layers to meet requirements of table 300-2 for sub grade construction

Construction of granular sub base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mixing place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (with an initial lead of 5 Km). i) For grading –I Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up the interstices of poors aggregate, water and compacting to the required density ( with an initial lead of 5 km). (a) by manual means and with grading – I material and using sreening Type-A (13.20mm Agg.)

Providing RCC NP4 (pipe culvert) heavy duty non pressure pipe 1000mm dia for cross drainage works

Labour for laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4/NP3/prestressed concrete pipes for culverts on first class bedding of granular material/cc M-15 in single row including fixing collar with cement concrete 1:2, and cost of granular bedding but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling , concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapet, cost of pipe and cost of cc bedding With 1st class bedding of granular material (1000 mm dia)

B. Construction of Storm water drain at Tea Park, Chaygaon, Dist: Kamrup ( R ), Assam.

Excavation for Structures (Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. (a) In ordinary soil, Manual Means (withou dewatering upto 3mts depth)

Earth/ sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150mm thick including necessary carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sales tax and other duties and taxes as may be necessary. (a) Sand filling in Foundation Trenches as per drawing & technical specifications

(Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.). PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete, in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification including steel shuttering formwork. (II) Using Plasticiser with plasticiser ( Masterplast PL-1/SPL-2 or equivalent ), air entraining and water reducing plasticiser ( Masterplast PAE or equivalent) and accelerating plasticiser ( Masterplast ACPL or equivalent) conforming to IS-9103-1999. a) RCC M25 grade concrete

Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in. Foundation, footings, bases of columns, pile cap, raft and mass concrete works etc. (a) Using 38mm thick plank
