M & L for Cleaning of sewage line by roding etc manhole to manhole, manually, removing sludge/foreign material completly and making smooth flow of sewage water for 150mm dia bore pipes complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Cleaning of sewage line by roding manhole to manhole, manually, removing sludge/foreign material completely and making smooth flow of sewage water for 200mm dia bore pipes complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for repair of punching sewage line of any dia and sealing / making good with CM (1:4) / PCC (1:2:4) as required including earth work in any type of soil and any depth, returning, filling in and ramming complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Bailing out/pumping out of sewage water from Septic tank/Manholes of any size & depth and removing the sewage water in closed container of capacity 3000 ltrs (appx) and disposed to out of MOD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out (desilting) silt, Brick Bats, debris liquid waste sludge in solid/semi-solid state from Manholes including pumping out sludge where ever necessary plugging diverting the flow in the drain, removing removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes, by mechanical means such as jet auger and mechanical vacuum tank as directed including use of safety belt, mask, dry cells torch for lightening inside the manholes and taking similar precautionary measures and removing the sludge etc outside MD land in covered container and cleaning the manholes and surrounding with clean water, and closing the manhole with cover etc all as specified and directed for following:-

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for bed including packing under & haunching against the sides of drain pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles, including cement mortar, removing serviceable tiles from site & rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces area of each tile of exc. 0.11 Sqm and but not exc. 0.18 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick screed plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
