Excavation in earth work in all kinds of soil work such as pick work jumper work, blasting work /wedging out of hard or soft rock and disposal of all excavated earth upto all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as directed by the engineer in charge.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling / wedging out of hard or soft rock where blasing is prohibited up to all depths stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meteres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work including dressing of sides and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation , supplying and filling of locaol earth including Royality by mechanical transport i/c ramming , watering and consolidating of earth in 15 cm. layers upto any depth i/c including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping, etc. with wooden battens and ballies heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs including inclined surfaces up to any degree, landings and the like:(i) Floors, etc. upto any thickness.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm wide.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all heights including arises, Internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all heights including arises, Internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Applying Birla /JK / Sakarani white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. (i) In Wall /ceiling surface.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima/ICI Dulex) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
