CLEANING AND REPAIRS OF SEWAGE LINES, MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS IN OG LINE, MES COMPLEX AND MH AREA OF AGE B/R HAIG LINE UNDER THE AOR OF GE DEOLALI

Dewatering of following including disludging of sluldge at bottom in foul condition including taking out other dirty & filthy materials from manhole & septic tanks by sewage pump or manually using buckets/baskets, lifting the same upto 4.50M depth of tank/MH and removing to out side MD land including cleaning/clearing for following :-

(a) Manhole of any dimension upto 1.5 M deep

(b) All as per item 1(a) but depth exc 1.5 M. but N exc. 3 M

(c ) Septic Tank/Soak Well up to 50 User capacity

(d) Septic Tank /Soak well exc. 50 upto 100 users capacity

(e) Septic Tank/Soak well exc. 100 upto 200 Users capacity

Cleaning of SWG/RCC Sewage line of 100 to 150mm bore dia of pipe of foul condition by rodding the drain/sewage line using flexible rod/suitable device or by any other means for removing blockage from sewar line,mud,silt and any other debries obtained from sewage line with water to remove blockage and cleaning the entire rubbish, sludge etc and burrying the material obtained from sewage line including all precautionery and safety measures etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing blockage from water closet, floor or gully or Nahani Trap traps & bends by rodding thoroughly and pouring water under pressure & Cleaning, clearing the drainage to efficient & Smooth flow of sludge/waste water all as specified & directed .(NOTE FOR SL NO. 1, 2 & 3 :- (i) Contractor's supervisor will report on all working days along with two safai wala at 0830 hrs at B/R Haig Line to receive complaints for blockage and to submit completion report on the same day by 1700 hrs. (ii) Printed complaint slip area wise as per format approved shall be provided and maintained by contractor. (iii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to incl the cost of T&P, equipment, saftey device etc alongwith sufficient labour to full fill the requirement to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (iv) If there is any major blockage in sewer line/septic tank for which additional Safaiwalas and special T&P is required same shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to Govt. contractor is adviced to visit the site before quoting the rates in tender. (v) In the event he fails to attend the complaint recovery @ Rs. 1000 per day shall be effected from the amount due to the contractor.

Cutting out of shrubs & small plants of stem girth n.exc 30CM measured 1M above average ground level including cutting of grass & removing the unserviciable material like branches, leaves, grass & garbage to clear the alignment of existing sewage/drainage line to make site workable condition & making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50M wide & n.exc 1.50M depth for foundations etc and getting out in soft/loose soil

All as per Sl item No. 5 above but getting out hard/dense soil.

All as per Sl item No. 5 above but exc 1.5m depth and n exc 3.0m depth and getting out hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50M above the starting point

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid & tested all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.10 above but for 150mm bore pipe

M & L for 100mm salt glazed stone ware drain pipes grade 'A' laid in trenches & jointed as specified complete

All as per item No.12 above but for 150mm bore

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 150mm bore class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars, all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation bed concrete of manholes

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings; and the like including weathering, slightly rounded chamfered angles and throating complete including necessary formwork all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc.

M&L for fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan n.exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete except brick all as specified and directed. (Note:- Servicable bricks obtain from demolition shall be used)

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in floors/pavings, (below or above ground level) n exc 15 cm thick all as specified and directed .

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm aggreates) as in cover slabs set in CM 1:4 (for manhole etc) & simillar articles with plain faces complete (Reinforcement will be measured and paid separatly) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel deformed TMT bars Fe 500, 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping columns, hooking ends & binding with & including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia of or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC Pipes with fittings upto 75mm to 110mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge..

S&F for PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring jointed level fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) pipe 75 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring jointed level fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) bends with access door 110 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto as per item No 27 above but 75 mm dia.

S&F PVC (SWR) plain bend 110 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan of pattern size 580x440 mm white with intergral foot rest excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe complete including provision concrete bedding for fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Ceramic Non-skid colourerd tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm,in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry with and pointed in coloured cement match the colour of tiles all as spd all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size. 300x450x5 to 6mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc over and including 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm 1:6 CM thick for laying floor finishes Complete all as specified and directed.

S & F repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe with and including S & F plastic water closet seat, white closed pattern with flat bottom, cover and mild steel hinges device complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors & paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded agg as in plinth protection 75 mm thickness, finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and direted.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete.

Cutting into road/ black top/PCC pavement of any thickness including excavation in any type of soil upto 0.50m to 0.80m width and 0.50m to 1.50m depth, refiling, compaction of soil after laying of PCC bed, haunching and pipe, packing and compaction with existing soling/GSB/WBM/WMM, and top surface prepared with 0.15m thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breakingup drain pipe internal dia 100mm (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.48 above but for 150mm bore pipe

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregated as in surface channel and the like all as specified and directed .

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs. 25450.00 will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
